Best experience ever really helped explain their products and get what I need

This store locks up atleast 15 min early and keeps their lights on so they look open but the employee must just hide in the back. I called at 7:48 with no answer and 2 minutes later the lights were out. If you’re driving across town make sure you’re coming atleast a half hour before they close. I couldn’t even get in the door but I can tell this store has poor management.

Was hesitant after reading the reviews prior to coming in, but I just needed to stop in for one specific item and Im glad I did! Associate was very friendly. Greeted me upon walking in (even while assisting other customers) and after helping me find what I was looking for, he let me know about a promotion to help me save without being pushy. I was pleasantly surprised based off others reviews, but have no reason not to go back to this location.

Been visiting for years and its worth the drive from up north. the staff are down to earth, friendly, funny and just good people. Not perfect, of course, but they know their stuff and are HONEST even if that means i dont buy a product from them. Refreshing and much appreciated! Their customer service and smarts about products has made me a long time customer in and of itself ten fold over any other GNC. Thanks Kazim and Joe!

The staff here read through labels with me for a half hour to get exactly what we were seeking. You don’t get better service than that!

I forgot my pre and post workout drinks at home, and just needed enough for one day. The guy was really nice, helpful, and instead of trying to sell me a whole container, he gave me samples of 2 supplements Id been wanting to try. Nice customer service.

The franchise store up the road in St. Anthony is much better in my opinion. Better staff, different exclusive products, free samples to try all the all the time.... !

I used to have to research products myself before going into other GNCs in the area because most the employees dont know anything about fitness! but my whole perception changed coming to this store a few days ago. The owner of this franchise is a professional MMA fighter who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He recommended a couple products which has my gym performance through the roof right now, and best of all, the guy gave me a 15% discount just because I expressed my frustrations about the other stores. Who does that?!!! I highly recommend you go visit this store if you need supplements. You wont be disappointed!

I purchased two 41oz bottles of protein powder in August. After surgery in September I became lactose intolerant and couldnt use my second unopened bottle. They refused to even exchange it (with receipt) for a product without lactose. Definitely not worth your time or money.

Much more friendly and knowledgeable staff compared to the Neighboring GNC in St. Anthony and Rosedale.

Helpful staff, knew what I was looking for and where to find it in the store. Vitamin shops can be overwhelming so this was a relief. Would recommend and go again.

Was not open at 4 in the afternoon. Sign said they would be returning at 4. I waited till 4:25 and they had not returned.

I saw a guy come out of the store so I figured they were open.I went to and opened the door, at this point a little middle aged man with a really nervous, jittery voice screamed Im not open! Im already in the store at this point, he is outside...so I turn around and see a scared nervous man looking at me in a unsure/unconfident way.. very awkward.. I see his hands are full of gnc bags so I hold the door for him and he yelled at me!!! You need to get out of my store!!!!! All I could do was say wow dude I was going to hold the door for you... He looked at me, again with a very unsure look on his face, and said Im sorry!! The whole situation took less then 20 seconds.. but needless to say I will never go back.. I think he may have eaten to many caffeine pills.. he blurted out unnecessary demands.. unpredictable and erratic behavior.

My husband and I went in to get some more information on pre-workout. The guy working came out from the background 5 minutes after we got there and didnt say anything. So we awkwardly looked at products while he sat there and stared at us. My husband asked a question about the difference between two products and he gave him a very rude answer, as if he is supposed to know this already. When we went to check out, he didnt say anything except to tell me, Its not going to do anything if you slide your card now, you need to wait. I work as a cashier and I WOULD NEVER treat a customer like that. The receipt said his name was Shane and he was completely arrogant and rude. I would recommend never going there unless you want to be treated like a piece of garbage.

Lots of snake oil unless you know what youre looking for. Do your own research before going in to buy.
