Seven years ago I replaced fourteen 80 year old sash windows in my home with A-Craft double pane. Their windows are an exceptional product. Due to new exterior trim clad on my home I planned to keep my old zinc seals on the sills. A-Craft customized my new sashes to accommodate the zinc seal. They also made custom stop sticks I attached (Velcro) to my new jams for security when the sashes are open. The sashes function perfectly, no drafts, rattles or struggle to open. They are easily removed from the inside for cleaning. I replaced all my sash windows and storms (Allied Aluminum, Mpls) for much less than new frame and sash cost (I did it myself....easily).

June 10th @ 3:00pm left a voicemail. June 15th (today) spoke to Alex @ 7:30am, told him about someone referring me to him. He said he was setting up some things in the morning and would call me back in a couple of hours. Needless to say, he never called back. They might be good at what they do, but they definitely suck at following through on returning phone calls and customer service. I figure theyre either too busy to need business, or too small for the demand.

Great place to bring your old windows in for an upgrade! Lots of options and great service. I have done over a hundred window with A Craft and have no complaints.
