We were really impressed by the service we received. We were given a short explanation of different kinds of carpet. We had help deciding which kind of carpet our lifestyle would require. They made an appointment for measuring the size of our rooms. They were here exactly the time of our appointment. The carpet only took one week to arrive. It was installed right on timeThe installers left no remnants and all was cleaned up. We were really impressed by this company.

Many of the companies I contacted to install my wool carpeting would not even attempt it due to the difficult nature and expense of wool. Lakeside floorings expert, experienced installers did a phenomenal job! So nice, knowledgeable, efficient. Highly recommend!

My wife and I recently had the great pleasure of working with Phil, Keia, Robin and the gang at Lakeside Floor Coverings. An unfortunate plumbing accident that resulted in our needing to replace the hardwood flooring in our kitchen and most of the first floor of our home had us seeking a reliable flooring contractor.We were referred to Lakeside by friends of ours who had worked with them several times and had consistent positive experiences.I cant say enough about our own experience. From first contact to final approval, they were friendly, respectful, professional, efficient, HELPFUL and very very PATIENT with us in our indecisiveness.They were also instrumental in helping us deal with the insurance company throughout the claim process. Anyone who has dealt with that know its essential to have your preferred contractors on your side to help the policy provider fully understand the reality of the situation. Because Phil and Keia at Lakeside are seasoned pros, they brought a ton of credibility and expertise to the process.It took the better part of five months before the additional needed repairs had been completed and we were finally ready for the new flooring to be installed. The installation went swimmingly well. A potential issue arose early having to do with the new flooring material being slightly less thicker than what was in place before, but Phil personally drove across town to guide all involved to a simple and inexpensive solution, which insured we would not incur delays.We love our new European cork flooring and have received glowing compliments from everyone who sees it (from friends and family to other contractors).I can, without any hesitation, recommend Lakeside Floor Coverings to anyone looking to experience the ultimate in customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Phil and his crew did a great job. I just bought a house that needs a bit of work. The hardwood floors were the first major update. They put down 6 or so stains that we wanted to preview and the floors look great. They also took measurements of the rest of the house so we would be ready to add carpet once we were ready. Lakeside came highly recommended and Id like to pay the recommendation forward.

Excellent customer service and extremely knowledgeable staff. Doing a recent remodel and Keia and her team were all wonderful and helpful in helping make a decision. Allowing sample checkout and non pushy sales tactics had us come back to them multiple times and eventually making our purchase through them for new engineered wood floor. Would recommend to anyone looking for any new flooring. Great prices compared to others across the metro. EDIT: have used them a couple more times, one for our main level flooring and Phil and his team did the demo and install too. They definitely do everything to make the experience a great one.

Lakeside Floor Coverings installed hardwood flooring and carpeting in an older townhouse I purchased, and turned it into a beautiful home! Lakeside installed red birch floors in my living room, dining room and family room. The house looks brand new! All of Lakeside’s employees were extremely helpful, from the original estimate through the finish on the last square foot of floor. Phil and Bruce had previously installed the same type of floor in the kitchen and hall and the new floors match perfectly with the ones that have been there for ten years. I strongly recommend Lakeside to anyone who wants quality hardwood installation.

I was recommended to have Lakeside out to refinish my hardwood floors that were in pretty bad shape. I had them out to refinish original 1949 floors and they did a fantastic job. The finished product was great and they were respectful of my house and left the space very clean. I would definitely recommend to others.

We used Lakeside Flooring in October, 2017, to install hardwood flooring in our living room and hall. This family owned company is the best! Bruce, Phil, and Kia are great to work with.Weve used them on several large remodel projects and have referred them to all our friends. They are true craftsmen and take pride in their work. 4 years ago, they replaced our tile and carpeted areas with Brazilian Cherry hardwood floors in our foyer, bedrooms, closets, dining and formal living room. Bruce also rebuilt our open staircase leading from foyer to upper bedroom level and also our basement stair case. He installed a gorgeous medallion in the entry area. They are back now to demo the tile in Kitchen and family room and finish the hardwood floors in those areas. I had them also refer two other sub-contractors to me to use for our kitchen remodel. Everyone that has come in on this project has been great to work with and our results are spectacular.

I would highly recommend them. They did a marvelous job on my floor and were able to quickly schedule my work. They did both a refinish and a new install. You cannot tell where the new floors start and the old ones begin. They all just look great! The installers were very professional and kept me in the loop with all of their work. Overall, I am thrilled with my new floors.

They came out, took measurements, but never followed up with an estimate even after we contacted them asking for the estimate. Went elsewhere. I have the correct company. Appointment was under a different name. Phil dropped the ball.
