The worst company that can be. Loaded from 5 oclock in the evening until the next day 12 noon, could not decide in any way what kinds of paper roll be loaded then later could not decide from which warehouse they would be loaded. The most unprofessional showed the worker who loaded trailer, he damaged the wall in brant new trailer, when the worker was asked why he did this damage, he simply replied you arrived with this damage )))))) driver picked up brant new trailer from manufacturer 2 days before loading day. 0 stars of 5.

Got one load from Amazon. Load was preloaded 8 hrs before appt time. Easy hook and drop loads... simple shipping process and kind people. Many westrock location work awesome, they know what they are doin... keep it up guys.

Took too long to unload 3 trucks came after me was in and out with no problems. I have another load to pickup and this company is killing my ⏰ disrespectful

I deliver rolls infrequently. I have experienced typically rapid unloading times, usually under 1 hour arrival to departure time. Though there been some days its been longer than an hour and a half, rarely longer than 2 hours.

Is this facility 24/7? Please provide working hours for truckers. Thank you!

I have worked for 3 companies that take loads in and out of West Rock facilitys all drop and hook so it should not be a problem. BUT it is a problem more often then not I get there when they are closed and the paperwork isnt in the mailbox or the trailer is locked in the door no one to release it. My company pays me well for my lost time but it becomes aggravating. Christmas morning 4 am I am working so others with kids can be home and no paperwork again. And the ELOG goes tick tick tick

It wasn’t hard to find at all. It’s called west rock. For some reason In my paperwork it said rocktenn. Not sure why though. Anyway There is enough space to maneuver in the dock and they also had overnight parking. I had a 10 o clock appointment I came very early and they took me as I came. Unloading didn’t take long either about 30 minutes.

In and out in 45 minutes

This is the worst place to get loaded! Dont listen your broker if he tells you that its FCFS I have been here 7 hours 3 hours from it I was waiting for my bill to be prepared totally worst organization of the work in US

Poor organization, the guy unloading rolls was about worthless slow and did not keep strict who was in the door first.. I will refuse load to this facility in the future.

Worst place to load if u dont have a dock appointment u will have to wait until u can squeeze in otherwise u might set here all day until no body shows up, .the man that loads and unloads its rude and very slow dont get surprised if he takes 3hours to get you loaded after u setting for 4 or more hours to try to get on a door,
