I purchased an art piece from Etsy that I intended to have printed and framed to present to my mom as a Mother’s Day gift. After downloading the PNG file from the artist, I saved it to a flash drive and brought it into this FedEx location on the evening of May 4, 2018. I explained my intentions to the sales associate, decided on an 18x24 print, and was instructed to pick it up the following morning.Upon arriving and inspecting the print on the morning of May 5, 2018, I was dismayed to find that the finished product was incredibly pixelated. When I pointed this out to the sales associate, I was told that it must be an image resolution issue, as their printers are of very high quality. I explained that the resolution of the PNG file was 21600x21600 and should be printable on poster sizes of up to 72x72 inches, much larger than the requested 18x24. After receiving what amounted to a shrug in reply, I informed the associate that the print was unacceptable and that I would not be paying for it. She offered to “play with it a bit” to try and enhance the print quality, but noted that enhancement was unlikely, reiterating the high caliber of their printers.I ended up getting an incredibly high-quality 20x30 print done at Costco for half the price. I am extremely disappointed in my experience at this FedEx location and will not be returning.

Unhelpful staff and dont know how to do simple works or projects on their machines! The staff is unprofessional and theyre there for security and selling candies more than knowledgeable associates who trained for office work. Thankfully you can do most of your projects and works by yourself on their SELF-SERVICE machines and computers. However, dont rely on the staff for help because they wont bother to help you if you even have any kind of problems with their machines or computers!

I have come here before and the staff was friendly and willing to help. Ive actually come and done the same project that I came to do today about 5 or 6 times before. With no problem. My project was to invert an image and print it to the side that I wanted. The previous stuff looked up how to do it and were able to accommodate my very simple needs. The current staff was very unwilling to help. all they wanted to do was to call a manager and see if it was okay for them to look up how to invert an image. Are you kidding me! I have done a lot of work with a lot of printing facilities in this was by far the most frustrating worst experience Ive ever had. I dont leave a lot of reviews so the fact that Im leaving this means I was pretty up in arms about their lack of wanting to help me. On top of all that it was 1 in the afternoon and pretty dead in there. They were just unwilling to look up THE HOW TO DO. they let me know that all the previous staff was replaced. Perhaps they FedEx should consider this again.

My student Org was in a situation where we had to pay quite a bit for some pamphlets (about $700) but your employee, Ryan, she found us a great deal by checking the prices of other locations and things! It went from about $700 to $400! Thank you! Im sure it was an easy job however she gave great communication and service!

Ive now visited this location twice for printing and have had wonderful experiences both times. The second visit I was helped by Selena, who was patient and kind as can be, even when my pdf kept printing out with the edges cut off! She worked with me until we got the sheet just right, and didnt charge me for the mistake copies. Will absolutely visit again, customer service is always patient and does not rush, even when the store is very busy.

Astoundingly slow service - consistently! It’s closer to my home and 100% more convenient but between how SLOW they are at the FedEx shipping counter and how much more expensive it is to ship, just don’t even waste your time. Neither knowledgeable nor helpful. Don’t waste your time.

I sent a package (spent close to $150) and stayed inside the store waiting for the bus (which was arriving in 6 minutes) as it was cold outside. The sales executive rudely asked me to leave the store in 2 minutes. Some people just don’t know how business is done.P.S: I really wanted to call the sales executive to talk to me about the products they had in the store to kill time and show him customers are the boss but decided not to do it. And for the records FedEx, I am not homeless.

Disappointed in the services today after trying to print 40 colored copies on cardstock. Everything seemed fine until I got home and found half the pages had yellow ink stains all over them. Shame on me for not checking all the pages before I left. When I returned a new clerk saw me and moved to a different printer. He said he called up the same print job, but the sizing wasnt the same and cropped off portions of the print. Lastly, as I type this I realize they still have my flashdrive behind the counter. Not my lucky day.

If you are any other race other than white do not go here. You will not get service and the staff is rude. I asked a worker if she could help me and she said after she finishes with another lady she would. I waited and after I noticed she was finished with another lady the worker disappeared. How rude is that.This FedEx will no longer get my business nor any of my other business associates business.

Fedex Office is quite good and this one complaint is very uncharacteristic of what I feel to be an outstanding organization but I need to address the policy of only scanning documents to an USB flash drive. I didnt have a problem with the staff, my complaint is against the company policy of only scanning to USB drives and not sending the images out on email or out to a drop box - cloud platform.Scanning to a USB drive sounds easy but I really dont have a USB flash drive and when I do have one I lose it and even then I use the drive twice a year when I get scans done. A $.98 scan typically costs $25 - $30 USD and it takes well over an hour.You can try to circumvent the process by copying the images that you need and then faxing it to yourself but you need to get cash from a ATM to fill you Fedex card so you a ATM fee to start. $2.50 + $2.00 = $5.00 ish to find out the resolution of the fax makes the image unusable. So ... ATM plus copy machine plus fax machine takes 30 minutes and you fail.Typically I dont have a USB flash drive and I dont typically need one. So then I got to Walgreens and buy one for $20.00. I make sure I keep the receipt and guess why?I take my USB device back to Fedex and get my scan and then copy the fiel to my laptop and deleted the file from the flash drive and then I go back to Walgreens for a refund. Im too old for that.Really, between Drop Box and the other cloud platforms, is there really no way to make scans without a USB flash drive?

When i walk in the store a clerk named kevin acting like why i there to ask questions when i called on the phone a nice person told to swing by and my print would be done in a jiffy but when i was there they look a me first and told me my art was stolen or copyright deal something then i told them it was my art then they told me that the symbol was a copyright infringed i think so i ask then if they can rid of the symbol for me so i can still print it then they told me that it would take 4 hours to print and printer wasnt ready (a printing store mind u)and listing off a ton of reasons why they didnt want to work i emailed there manger he told i was in the wrong for the copyright symbol and their printers werent ready (A PRINTING STORE mind u ) Office Max did my prints in less than 5 minutes so i know where to take my business now thank u fed ex
