The gentleman older African American male was super rude to me and my husband. Not a race issue I’m black myself but this guy told us that we are dramatic because we wanted another truck, the truck he gave use had low thread on the passenger tire and the tire was deflating. I usually always go to this location and always use U-Haul but after this interaction with this gentleman I will ever come back. I can say The manager was nice and gave us another truck. I just didn’t understand why we had to go through the song and dance for another truck. It’s my safety and we deserved better customer service.I was so disappointed.
Worst customer ever, lazy worker on the phone how can this place hire lazy employees.. don’t go here worst experience ever.

My two sons & I went to UHaul 11/15/20 & what a complete joy it was to have customer service agent Kyeona. We were short on time however she was very professional and did not take us long at all to rent a van. We were in & out & back in 4 hours. Shes young very well spoken and a great addition to UHaul. My family & I will be coming back. Thank you for Great Service.

Had an amazing experience, the staff was very helpful and took my items to the car, made me a reservation and offered a month free of storage. Great customer service, not sure what the last review issue was but I received a great experience from Elsie Lopez, she is very personable and knowledgeable and help me choose the right size truck.
They rented my family member & her 8 year old son a truck that was in such terrible shape when they dropped it off in Houston Texas it had to be put right in the shop. They also had to have the car transport fixed. You KNEW that truck was damaged & you rented it out anyway how dare you! Her & her son could have been killed. What are you going to do to make up for this? She better get her money back to start with.! Were not letting this go. She trusted you with their safety.
The store manager Patrice was very rude and unprofessional...she did not clearly explain instructions. I called to reserve a truck it was 5 minutes til closing she continued a conversation with another individual and her only words to me was we closed so call back after i had been on the phone listening to her talk to someone else for at least 3 minutes...i will never go to this location again. Please train your people on customer service because with service like this u will lose business.
This would’ve been a one star but my mom and I rec’d great service from the female employees there. On our 1st visit, the short male employee tried to give our reservation away to two younger females behind us, but neither we or the female employee was having any of that. To be fair, my fiancé and I noticed a hanging clearance light during the pre-trip & the dude fixed it immediately so he gets points for that. On our second trip a day later (new crew), we rented a van for the remaining stuff and ended up getting it for free because of the misinformation from the previous day. I was thoroughly impressed with how certain employees served us and righted some wrongs. Besides the long wait and aforementioned issues, ‘twas a great experience.
These people do NOT even deserve a star. Customer service is horrible. I called regarding fuel charges on my account. The manager Patrice told me to email my contract showing where the gas was when I rented the truck. Emailed the receipt, she never got back to me. Every time I call, they leave me on hold and never return. The people are rude and very unprofessional. Its sad because this is why African-Americans are given bad reps in business and life period. You all dont even know how to conduct yourselves in a professional setting. DISGRACE! Your customer service in BUSINESS is EVERYTHING. & Bad news and service spreads a lot faster.
You know when you walk in a business and you get great customer service well this is not the place for that. Just about every uhaul I have visited has thick crusty dust on the windows. Maybe the focus is on the equipment and not the customer interactions. When I called to make reservations I was put on hold for more than three minutes. When I visited I had to wait for the young lady to finish talking on her phone about a cell phone bill. There were no 4x8 or 5x8 trailers for me to compare sizes only a 6x12. Helpful without helping too much. Just enougg to get by. The experience left me wanting to comparison shop and not just accept.
This U Haul is the worst ever. No wonder everyone hated. I went to get my propane refill and one of the propane guy did it stop quick, Im like wow. So he ask me cash or credit, I say cash. He say $16.80 like he know much it come out to be already, I told him I need a receipt. He say Ok lets go inside and calculate my total 4.5 gallon at $16.16. I pay for it, went outside to get my propane and it was so light, about half way only. So I went inside and told them my tank is not full. The same guy came out again and try to add some more but he say its not filling no more it stop. So I went up next to him and say it so light I refill it before I know how it is and you do too. So this time he do it again with me looking at the meter and guess what the meter start counting and he say yea this time its moving. He stop as soon as it hit 1 gallon. He say, is it still not full? I told him forget it, I wont ever come here again and left cause I dont to cause problem. I will tell the people I know about this place too. It deserve to be shut down or fire those dishonest, cheater employee who rip off customers. Dont ever get propane at this UHaul again. If u do make sure u check the meter after they fill it for you just to make sure you dont get rip off.
If I could give this place a one star I surely would. This location is the most unprofessional and ratchet place Ive ever been to. We had a reserved truck and went to pick up on 10 am on Saturday morning 6/2/18 and chose the check in by app. As I’m checking in the truck this girl comes out and confronts me about getting the truck. Saying that I could back it up because shes giving the truck to someone else. I explained that the truck per the app says that it was reserved for me. I tried showing her but then she gets even more confrontational saying but do you have the keys though while she dangles them in my face. So at that point Im already irritated because I thought she was another customer and that U-Haul over booked us.So I went into the store to speak with the customer serv. lady at the counter and she was like wait, Ill be with you in a sec. So I’m like ok... as I wait the rude lady walks back in and gets behind the counter. It was then I realize she worked there. So Im like here she is right her about to give me truck out while Im checking it in through the app. At that point all hell broke loose. The nasty mouth rep that came to the truck started being more unprofessional and rude even saying she was calling her boyfriend to the store.All the while the so called GM was talking crazy herself saying that Im cancelling your truck and waving her hand around like some maniac. At this point my family wasnt having any more of their distresptec. So here they are in full confrontation mode with the ratchet U-Haul staff.The GM and her employee were the most ratchet, rude, & blatantly disrespectful females I’ve enter encountered in a work place. The GM even had the audacity to instructed the hostile worker to call the police on us. All this because they were out of control and over booked???. As were leaving the store these disrespectful beings were still going off on us... Unbelievable!!!!I have never seen this type of madness ever in my life. The only guy worker that was there came out to apologize to us after we left the store. It was the worst experience in my life, but no worries Dominick at Penske on 111th & Carmen took great care of us right away. He said they always get U-Haul customers after a bad experience. Im glad they were there to help. I hope this location get re-evaluated for their customer service is anything but customer friendly and the attitudes are truly unbelievable. I will never again visit this location for any business. Im glad I had a follow up call from Mrs. Kelly at Corporate, she was very attentive to my situation. I truly hope they look into the complaints for this location and really do something about the staff. For no family deserves this type of treatment… moving is already stressful enough.
Worst customer service ever!I made a reservation and they didnt have my van and they treated me like it was my fault DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Go to the one on 117th and Capitol in Wauwatosa, much better service!
Long wait times. I have been to this location a few times hoping it will be better but I am always disappointed. The trucks do not drive well I had to put 11 dollars in the truck after driving only 12 miles in order for the gauge to move. I had them hold the truck with my card and told them I would pay cash when I drop it off but they still charged my credit card.
Be ready to wait...... Gave a few different chances same outcome... and your not waiting because there is a line

The worst customer service I have ever had. They charged my card with fees and I called and they didnt want to help me. they just called me after making me wait 5 days. they said that I was wrong they where right and never showed me any paper working to back there words up.me and my family will never use them again!!!!!!

Rude. Sat aside that I was already irritated with my move the least the workers can do is try to make this a pleasant experience. I was not treated well and I also waited over a month just to receive my check back for the remainder of my deposit minus gas fee.

The system was down, and even though I had a reservation they couldnt rent me the truck for an hour. The general manager was there, and she figured out a way to get me my truck! It also didnt hurt that the gm was beautiful!

What a bunch Lazy employees who work here. Im surprised They Dont even know their managers name, Or their market company managers name. I used to work at uhaul and I wasnt even as lazy as these uhaul employees.
