I have asked one of the employee for Shipping and return label, as I had to get the signed documents back. I have chosen ONE RATE option for shipping, the lady at the counter generated the ongoing label correctly but for return label she just selected Standard rate without letting me know which costed me $21.71 compared to $8.90 for ONE RATE, I called customer care but they didnt help an told me you have to choose the correct shipping method. how can I select shipping option if I do not know what the person at other side is doing and I already asked to choose ONE RATE option I was expecting her to do it for return label as well. pathetic service at the counter as well as from customer care. this deserve 0 star.

Easily some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. There was one particular employee, that appeared to be some sort of a manager, who was very rude to me and two other customers while I was in the store. I cant imagine going back there for anything.

Everyone in the store was friendly and helpful when I went in to print off a return inventory and ship a package. The person who helped with my print was so awesome and put a huge smile on my face, but I can’t remember her name. Shela was so kind, patient, fast, and professional throughout my shipping transaction. During a pandemic with so few opportunities to interface with other people, it was truly a pleasure to interact with such talented customer service professionals. Thanks for all your help!

The lady was super rude during the whole transaction. I needed to ship an international package and instead of asking all the details properly she spoke to me rudely. I asked her if I can stay until they box the parcel and she said, we do this everyday and you shouldnt have bring this to us if you didnt trust us to ship it. But she did box and helped me through the entire transaction so 2 stars are ok for that.

As a homeschool mama and (prior to Covid) party planner for my crew, Im always at this Kinkos. I use a wide variety of their services. I copy and mass print various party invitations, business flyers, labels and homeschool curriculum. I sometimes color print at home and bring in for them to bind. Sometimes I email my job to them for print/cut and pickup the same or next day. I have never had one problem. The staff is always nice.I stopped in to drop off a typical binding job and was pleasantly surprised when they completed my job in minutes while I waited instead of needing to come back and pickup later in the day.While Ive never used the shipping side of this business and cant speak to the services for that, I can DEFINITELY recommend the copy/print/office services at this location.

At this location I shipped a package (November 2020) to South America. Paid Cash almost 700.00USD. Package arrived at a local agency (hired by FEDEX), paid another 550USD to release package from local Customs. Customer Associates at this Location in Glendale, WI, are totally unaware of international shipment intricacies and continue to be my worst ever experience in this sector.

Terrible experience. I brought my packages in to be shipped. Fed ex weighed and measured them and quoted me a price. I accepted the price, paid and gave the the packages. Fed ex charged my C.C.$50 more than they quoted me. Fed ex refuses to refund the over charges. A $50 difference in quoted price to charge is unacceptable.

In this FedEx the guys who are working here dont even know why there are talking. I was given a sure guarantee that the package is delivered by Monday, but when I am tracking the package its shows me that the package is delivered on Tuesday. The customer service representative simply says we are sorry we cant help with this. The package was very important to me to be delivered on Monday not on Tuesday, if the guy who is working in the store told me that its not going to be delivered on Monday then I would have gone to other services like UPS, USPS.

I came today after a recommendation from my mom because she had encountered a nice customer service lady who understood the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE and not just stating its over there Ive never used there computers before. I am computer knowledgeable but I went to a printer to print pictures thats not what I was there for. I left and went to my car and came back and asked another young lady for a little assistance, she looked at me like I had cursed her and never even came my way she stood behind the counter and said I was at a printer not the computer to print documents from my email and that was all I got, I was charged $5.05 for one sheet of paper!

HORRIBLE. They double charged and printed a poster. I only wanted 1, not 2. I said something right away and the girl behind the desk just stared at me. Then after I ran my card she tells me its too late cause I already ran my card. Didnt try to stop me in the first place though. Then after waiting for a half hour with them apparently trying to figure out who made the mistake and basically calling me a liar and that what I said didnt make sense I left. They were totally incompetent. They couldnt just say oops and give my money back, nope they had their own little quest and agenda. Total Joke. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU CAN.

When I think of my last semester of nursing school, I think of this Fedex. I spent many late nights here, printing project after project...diagrams, posters, papers, etc. The employees were always so wonderful when helping me and they always knew just how to get the job done.

NonExistent Customer ServiceHad shipped on 3 separate occasions boxes that contained oil spray, similar to Pam. Today I attempted to make my usual shipment, and was denied service. Was told that they do not ship contents under pressure. These were to be shipped ground, not air. I let them know I had shipped the same exact items in the same packaging 3 times before - they stated that they shouldnt have shipped them for me. This was after waiting in line for quite some time - service seemed slow, or they are very understaffed. After waiting even longer for an employee to call corporate to confirm what they already told me, they provided me with an address of a fedex location on the other side of town, and with instruction to bring additional paperwork that I myself had to print off the internet that stated the materials to be shipped were hazardous. This is already stated on the package I had the cans in. No apology, no customer service what so ever. I left and went to UPS - they shipped them without any issues. I brought to their attention that the contents were under pressure, and they stated it was no issue since they were being shipped ground. I also called my local post office, who stated the same thing. The worst thing about all this, is that if I went later in the day, with different people there, they would probably have shipped my items for me. Gotta love a company that only follows their policies some of the time, confusing customers and wasting other peoples time.

Ordered a new TV through BUYDIG>COM and saw through the tracking number that it had arrived in Milwaukee at FEDEX. It was at a SHipping center not a Sorting center, so when i called they said it was available for pick up. Drove 30 minutes there to hear it was in a container that was locked until Monday (it was Friday). and that they wouldnt do anything for me. They tried to blame the seller BUYDIG for picking a cheap freight option.....Regardless of what they picked,the Tv i had already purchased was there and they refused to give it to me. Why deliver it when I AM THERE???? Tried to work with their customer service and got no where. Absolutely ridiculous and will never use Fedex again, personally or professionally.

They returned a package sent to my business without even contacting me. I was told it would be held at the Menomonee Falls address. After confirming with 1800gofedex it was there and that they would hold it until the next day, it was gone when I arrived. Not even a call and the Men falls location didnt read an email from the 1800 agent detailing the instructions.. Very poor cust service, dependability and execution. I will continue to use UPS.

The service was slow and they are under staffed. They have different desks for shipping and printing but dont actually have staff members at each desk so you might need to just ship a simple thing but the guy infront of you could be printing 100 copies of something and youll have to wait.

The poorest customer service I’ve ever experienced in a FedEx, period. As soon as I walked in the door, I asked a question regarding printing and the employee named Frank looked me dead in the face, let out a deep sigh, and rolled his eyes. I was in disbelief. He then proceeded to drop a card on the counter and walk away. I said that I was calling corporate and he threw his hands up in a “so what” manner as he continued to walk away and dismiss me. The store manager overheard me saying that I was about to call corporate and stated “they’re just going to forward your complaint to me anyway, what’s the issue?” The store manager did print the document (1 page) for me for free, and stated that he would talk to Frank later. Trust that I still contacted corporate office to file a complaint.
