Fantastic value and really great service! I had a small issue with a broken piece, emailed their service and within hours a replacement was being shipped. The replacement arrived in fine shape a few days later and now all is great.

This was my first time ordering from this company. I ordered a desk online and checked out and when checking out it said Free Shipping. To later find out, it was not free. After you place your order, you will get an email informing you that your shipping is Tailgate shipping. I have never heard this term but what it means that you need to pull the merchandise off of the truck or you need to pay them $45.00 to drop at the curb or $95.00 to deliver inside your garage. In addition, I had to call the freight company to make an appointment to deliver to my house. This whole delivery process was not disclosed on their website or when I checked out. It was completely disappointed in their whole delivery process!!!!
I was tasked with acquiring office furniture for a construction project. After calling customer service to inquire about the products on the website, I was told that the furniture on this website was partially assembled (file drawers) saving a few hours of time per desk. The customer picked out 3 desks from 3 different brands for me to purchase. The first 2 to arrive were all flat boxed and required every piece to be assembled (Bestar and Bush brand furniture). The quality of the items was on par with IKEA furniture and about as big of a pain to assemble. The third desk was an Office Source brand and was by far the easiest to assemble and the highest quality, because the file cabinet came preassembled, just like promised.Im embarrassed of the quality of furniture that we provided to the customer, but its a little to late to go back. Buyer beware of what you get for $800.
Delivery was on time. Desk was well built and easy to put together. I bought a large L-shaped desk with a hutch. Some of the pieces were pretty heavy, not a job for one person to do alone. The glass doors were a little tricky to get adjusted correctly, but it looks beautiful now. Im very happy!

I hate leaving negative reviews, but cant see how I wouldnt in this case. I ordered a bookcase from bushfurniture2go one of the everything2go websites along with officefurniture2go. These websites all list everything2go as their headquarters/office, so I have to assume it is all the same organization.The bookcase I purchased was listed for $387 plus free shipping.The website clearly states:We are so confident we have the best pricing on office furniture that were willing to back it up with a Lowest Price Guarantee. Remember, we also offer Free Shipping to the Continental US on all products, so the price we show is the price youll pay (upgraded basic delivery fees apply if chosen).I found the product on another website for $291.61 ALSO WITH FREE SHIPPING. So, I called them back to let them know I had found it for a lower price. The gentleman said, Im sorry, we just cant match that price. I can cancel the order for you.This is not what their website says. You cant post that you have a price match guarantee and then decide when you want, whether or not you want to back up that guarantee. If you dont plan on backing your guarantee, dont post it.
THE WORST FURNITURE I HAVE EVER PURCHASED! I can not believe the absolute sub par quality of material that this company sold me. It does not have working drawers. Not worth the money!!!
We ordered office furniture from officefuriture2go.com and have had a very poor customer service experience. After being informed that the purchased item would be received on a Wednesday, the package never was received. I then called two days later, and was told that the package was rerouted and would be received on Monday. No delivery on Monday. I then called back and was told by the two different reps, one being the service manager, Sarah Frandle, that they did not know where the item was. Sarah initially did not take ownership of the situation and simply blamed the the shipping company and manufacturer. After voicing my displeasure and making it known how poor the service has been, Sarah then followed up with an email stating that the item was lost and that a new item would be shipped out. She then stated that we would receive a $150 credit, which I did appreciate. However, I then asked if the item would be expedited (due to the circumstances, I thought that would be the right thing to do.) Sarahs reply, it will be standard shipping.Do yourself a favor and order your furniture elsewhere.
Both myself and my business partner got desks from them. Came at a reasonable time, we’ve had them for 4 years and there have been no problems. Going to be buying more furniture soon for sure!

Compared to quality furniture suppliers this company is garbage. The delivery was a disaster and the directions for assembling the furniture were vague and disappointing. I will never work with this company again.
I bought a file cabinet here and 2-3 days later they emailed me saying that I need to pay for it to be taken off the truck for $45 or $95 for them to bring it inside the house. I think that beats the idea of free delivery and also it should be advised prior to check out. I would not recommend this company.
Lackadaisical, uninterested customer service. The shippers and freight companies they use are horrible! Both times we ordered furniture from them and we got the email confirmation from the shipper, the shipper had the wrong address and took several phone calls to correct. The first time, I didnt know it was an additional charge for inside deliver because no one told me, and I had to call several times to try and correct. Then the freight company said they couldnt deliver inside because we had 2 steps to our front door!
I have to agree with the earlier post citing Lackadaisical, uninterested customer service We are fully refurnishing my home office. Selected our pieces and called for delivery pricing to finalize the budget. The first thing the CSR told me was we dont deliver here in Milwaukee. Milwaukee?? Turns out their office is literally 7 blocks West and 3 blocks South of where I live. I had no idea.So I ask if she had any suggestions to get these pieces delivered and installed. Well, you could check Google to hire someone was the reply. I think she picked up on my frustration, it was actually more bewilderment at what I was hearing. I was put on hold, she returned and offered a very uninterested sounding suggestion that I put all my items in the online cart and then call back.Sorry, first impressions count. Cymax received my $3000 order and I have a CSR there that knows the product line, walked me through their delivery and installation options, found me a bit of a discount and genuinely sounded excited about working with me.Im actually very embarrassed for this hometown business
We did not have any issue with our order the estimated delivery was the Oct 24-Oct 31st and we received it Oct 18. We would definitely order again.
Mismatched parts, customer service cannot figure out what to do
