I had ordered some BMW type folding keys. They were found to be not 100% perfect. I sent photos and they agreed. They accepted the returned items and gave me a full refund plus cost. Was so happy when I found these guys, and they have parts for a Puch 175 restore I am working on. They have everything I need, or make an effort to have a matching part.
