This is the best Starbucks branch I have ever been to, period.What makes this branch so good is the polite, courteous staff.I go there every day for coffee and every day it’s a pleasant experience!Keep up to good work.

Great service - staff is super efficient even during the morning crush. Cant beat the view or the welcoming fireplace across the way.

They both understaffed and even worse they dont complete the orders according to the order time. They prioritize the order by themselves not to mentions ordering the same thing (cold-brew coffee) tastes different everyday depending on which staff completes the order. This is the worst Starbucks store in downtown Milwaukee. In short, overpriced and really really slow ...

I always get good hot chocolate here, which is rare for Starbucks as it always seems to taste of coffee.

Its as good as any other Starbucks, except close to my office.
