Definitely not good.....Called to schedule a 2 way remote start and was told it was $350. My daughter took the car over and they installed cheapo 1 way. Originally they said 1 way was $250 and 2 way was $350 but they charged $280 for the 1 way. When I called them they said they could swap from the 2 way but then the price jumped to $400. On top of it all they messed up the wiring and now the brake light is on...😡😡Avoid this place.

I went to Stereo1One because my car alarm was going off for no known reason. My key fob also was not working properly. I made an appointment and they were ready to help when I arrived. They spent about half an hour testing and evaluating my car. They explained the possible causes of the issues, how to perform further tests to learn more, and what to do to solve the issues after further testing (including how to do some of the work myself, if desired). They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and explained everything clearly. They also replaced the battery in one of my key fobs. When we were done, I asked how much to pay, and they said, “Nothing. Spend the money on the parts you’ll need.” Wow! A+ service. If I need a stereo or alarm in the future, I will definitely return.

Buyer Beware! I emailed and got a 25% off code then went in store to get a quote. The tech was very nice and gave me a ballpark estimate. I talked with Moe who said the 25% off would just be installation which was different from what the tech said. I left and got another email from Moe (form email) which I replied asking for a line item quote with how the discount was applied. I never received a reply. Very fishy.

Had a stereo, subwoofer and windows tinted on my son’s car. Electronics are not something I’m familiar with and have had to go back a couple of times for assistance, each time I went back they were extremely helpful and their only concern was to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Ive been coming to Stereo 1One for window tinting for many years... Always asked for Moe.. The service that Ive received has always been superb... Never had to wait long for anything... Very pleased with my tint as usual...I highly recommend this place!!

Wanted front two windows tinted to match the back and had an 11 AM appointment. Was told 3 hours which is already crazy but didn’t get my truck back until they were about close at 6pm. All for two windows which should take 45 min. I had to call to find out my truck was done as well.

Went to Stereo 1 to get some window tinting done. Discussed what I was thinking about and they gave suggestions to achieve the finished product. Worked out great and quality of job was outstanding. Very satisfied with all around job, price and time.

I called and made an appointment last week, and my appointment was for 4/28/21 @ 11am to install an extra battery. And was quoted $100-$150 max.We got there 30 minutes early, my boyfriend was told that there was no appointment made. And the manager asked to show proof of our call log. Which we did and was able to provide proof that we did call and made an appointment. Then the manager said he didn’t have the terminal and Couldn’t install the battery. It was so many miss leading information.One minute claimed that we didn’t have an appointment. Then said he didn’t have terminal.Afterwards his other coworker went out to checked and said there was already “4” already installed. And we need “0”. So now the price goes up too $350.My issue with this is that horrible customer service and he couldn’t take accountability for his own mistake an kindly apologized to us but refuse to come out and speak to us and hid in the back area.Mind you. This place installed all our speaker systems for all our cars. But claimed that he didn’t know that “4” was installed. Which I feel is BS!I will never to back and waste my money there again!And we went somewhere else the same day and for quoted for extra battery for $120 and installed.I understand business can get busy but do not ignore us.

WARNING!!! I would look else where if your trying to get any work done or basically come at your own risk. You are guaranteed to receive below standard results. Also, If you come here, please do a walk around and take pictures of your vehicle.They dented my driver door and is denying it. They told me since I wrote a bad google review on them, I cant see their camera footage and I cant come down there. Also, the Manager/co-owner told me to give him two weeks and he could work something out with the owner because they have a body shop. Why would you say that if you didnt damage my vehicle? They do garbage window tint and hook up your car audio system like garbage. Go to Sun Busters or Tint Pros for window tint and go to Elite Electronics for anything else. Dropped off car with amp to install and they kept car for 4 hours and never called. Son stopped in to see status and they told him amp didn’t go with speakers. Just me or is that something that should’ve been noticed right away or at least reach out and say something. They would’ve made a sale since the vehicle was there and needed amp but they told me they were moving and didn’t want to open any boxes. So why you schedule appointments when you’re moving and don’t have products? Poor service, unprofessional hacks in my opinion. Maybe I just value customer service and communication too much, not much of that these days.

Stereo1One is great for window tinting. I went there because my friend recommended them and they did an awesome job tinting the windows on my Ford Transit Connect. I definitely recommend Stereo1One and plan on taking my other vehicles there also.

Same day service for window tinting and a radio install. So far everything looks good and works well. I would send friends and family here to have work done. It may seem like a small place from the road but they have lots of garage doors behind the business that are always filled with cars. So if you need some tech install or tinting done, hit up stereo 1.

Took a Panasonic rig to them that I purchased from Crutchfield. They installed it for $150. They did some work to repair / correct something wrong from a previous installer. Excellent work! Install looks like it came from Subaru

I got my cars windows tinted at these guys and they did a really good job. There was an air bobble on the passengers side front window though which they fixed it when I showed it to them.

This place is outstanding!! Took my pontoon boat in to get all new speakers with a LED light controller installed. Kicker 2 sub base cannon with sub amp. Everything was installed to perfection. Wesley the super tech installer is unbelievable at what he does!! Would recommend this place to anyone !!

I wouldnt recommend this place, random people come in and just walk behind the counter, the lobby area is small and cluttered with old dusty speakers, the furniture looks like it was pulled out of an alley. The bathroom is pitiful. The customer service isnt the best, someone smoked inside my car while working on it. Also when my car was getting worked on they left all the stuff that they took out of my trunk in the backseat. Horrible experience.

I paid $ 400 for my remote. And when I open the car door it turns off. they are not responsible they did. they didnt fix it. I dont want the next customers to come here to spend money on things that arent worth it.

First time taking my car here. Was told one price and that it would take 2-3 hrs. Get a call said it was going to take another 3 hrs. Get there a half hour after it was supposed to be done, still not done. Then told it needs an antenna and will cost more be cause the stereo they put in wasnt really compatible with what I already had. Imm not rich, single mom, went there because was the best price I could afford. Just took more money away from my grocery fund. Had to take my car back because the radio kept fading in and out of the stations. Turns out it was the special antenna they added. So they took it out but never refunded me my money. RIP OFF ARTISTS. I will NEVER AGAIN take my car here and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I took my newly purchased 1988 Alfa Romeo Spider to replace the worn out original stereo system. They did a fantastic job and were all sensitive to my concerns. I told them what I wanted, nothing super loud but a system that is loud enough when the top is down. They delivered. I highly recommend Stereo 1. Great job guys

You know how people say they never write reviews but they just HAVE to write a review for something thats out of this world amazing? Thats me - the experience I had at this shop was phenomenal. The crew here is so flexible, so responsive to emails, and the work they perform is well worth the money. Got my first set of subwoofers here and after not liking the original size of the box in my trunk, they switched it to a smaller size for free and within minutes. They are all knowledgeable, so friendly and kind and above all - treated me with respect and helped make the purchase perfect!

I bought 2, 12 inch subs, box, single din radio, 1500watt amp, and had them run all the wires and install everything. They installed everything within 2 hours, while they were slammed, they even stopped working to answer every single question I had, not only did they do all of this but I blew one of my subs out and they replaced it free of charge, I wanted to upgrade my amp and subs so I brought it back and they worked with me on the pricing, and did some other work free of charge. This place is literally the best place when it comes to customer service, installation, prices and skills. I will never ever in my life take my vehicles to any other place. I’ve had 3 vehicles tinted here. My latest vehicle, I called a week in advance to try to set up an appointment, they don’t really seem to take appointments since they never got my name, just said show up when we open. At any rate, I told them when I’d be there, getting my car in wasn’t really an issue, but they didn’t have the tint I asked for over the phone a week prior to this (just the front window tint, side windows they had). All I got from them for the inconvenience was...”just come back another time for that”. It was hard enough for me to find time to come in for this, now I have to go back another time to get something installed that they should have had there. No “sorry for the inconvenience”, no discount for the inconvenience, nothing. Disappointing. I’m going somewhere else to have the front done, as well as the rest of my vehicles.UPDATE: Responding to the owners post, The front tint was not something I asked for the day I arrived to have my windows tinted. I had asked for it the day I originally booked the appointment. This was 7 days prior to me showing up, and I did tell the person on the phone exactly what I wanted and what car I had. I was given the price to do all windows (including the front) over the phone, the week prior to my appointment, so this shouldnt have been a surprise to you. I appreciate you trying to do something, but the fact that you tried to put blame on me, is even more unacceptable.

I took my car here to get car windows tinted. I said I want 30 in the front, 20 in the back. They said okay. After following instructions, front driver side started peeling. Fine, whatever. Took it to another place to redo the front (out of convenience), darker this time to match the back. Back windows tested at 35%. Not even close to what I asked for.

I refuse to go anywhere else for my window tinting. I just had my third car tinted and as always, the price is reasonable and they do a bang up job. Highly recommended!

Little expensive but you get what you pay for

Had these guy install a remote start for my 2016 Kia Sorento and I could not be happier with the price or service. I called in the evening one day, loved the price so I dropped my car off the next day over lunch, and it was ready to pick up in less than 3 hours. For $300 + tax they were less than half the price of the dealer. Remote start uses the factory key fob, press lock three times and it starts, lights blink every 5 seconds to remind me its on, everything works flawlessly. I am a very happy customer.

I have had Remote Starters installed, Windows Tinted, Stereos Installed, my bad wiring fixed and more by these guys. I have never been disappointed in the quality of parts, the speed of service, or the price. The Stereo1One team knows their stuff and has not failed to make sure that all of my vehicles are outfitted exactly the way I want them. They do not break trim pieces when installing, and they do not return cars full of wire ends and junk like some other shops I have had work on my cars.

I love this place. They are fair, honest and do top notch work. I brought my car in because the radio stopped working. I thought it was the amp or at least the remote turn on wire so I ripped my dash apart searching for the culprit. Needless to say I never located the problem. I brought the car in and after 15 minutes of waiting they had located the problem, a blown fuse. So I saidwhatd I owe you to which the owner replied nothing. I was surprised because every other shop charges $40 minimum just to look at your car. Well as I got back in my car to drive it home I noticed the tech meticulously put my dash back together. All free of charge. Thanks guys!

Took my car to get windows tinted with a scheduled appointment, they called me later saying the car would need to stay overnight so they can finish. Called the next morning around 10am they didn’t even start on the car. Went and picked up my car after two days of wasted time taking my business elsewhere. Horrible customer service, never going back or recommending this joke of a business.

Got my windows tinted here. There are bubbles in the tint on every window! Should have just spent a bit more and had it done right! I should have known you get what you pay for!

Best place ever friendly and do great fast work

So many issues with my visit.I brought my car in simply to have them rewire the subs to the radio, a simple, no longer than 30 minute job. Was told it would be a 2-3 hour wait. I had no problem with that. Came back 4 hours later, car still hadnt been touched, every customer that had come in after me had been helped and taken care of. Came back at 630 and it was finally done, after 8 hours. I was told everything was working and I should have no issues. About 1 minute after leaving the subs stopped playing music, brought the car back, and they told me my amp was bad and not outputting anything, even though they had previously just told me that everything is working. So you break customers products and then blame it on the customer? You also put a scratch on my back fender and claimed that damage was there before I brought it in. I know my car, and there was no damage on the back end of my car, yet now there is after spending 8 hours with you.I can guarantee I, along with everyone I know will never do business with you ever again. As for the damage you cost me, Ill be speaking to my lawyer and the better business bureau, because this is absolutely ridiculous, and very shady business practice.

I’ve been to the shop for 2 separate jobs. I should have known better after the first visit. My first visit was for a 2-way remote start, which I was quoted $330. About one hour and a half into the install he tells me I need a bypass key, and it’ll be $100 extra. So basically he played me cuz they had everything apart already and I was forced to pay that added fee. Second visit was for window tints, I only needed the two front windows done, and there are also two smaller windows on that same door. I assumed all would be done for the price, but he told me it’ll be an extra $60 for them two. These guys play you into paying these extra up charges cuz you are already there. I will never return here or recommend it to anyone.

Remote start for 250 by viper is over priced and only works when it wants to. Was hoping for a 2 way with a alarm and store on 27th conned me into a one way without a alarm. Moe the sales manager told me he would just take the factory alarm from my truck and transfer it over to my remote start. Total screw job.

Stopped in the West Allis store and dealt with Neal. He was very informative and helpful. They were able to install my new stereo the same day. He gave me a very detailed explanation of the unit before I left. I was very pleased with my whole experience with them.

In the past I went to big name stores for window tinting and stereo system upgrades to my car. The work at those stores has been very inconsistent so this time I decided to try something different. I looked for a business that has been around for several years at the same location, had a lot of positive reviews and few if any negative ones, and reasonable prices.My first contact with Stereo One was via email. They were prompt, direct, and offered options and pricing right away. I followed that up with a phone call and they were courteous and professional. The next day I was scheduled for window tinting and new rear speakers. The work was performed quickly (in about two hours for everything), was perfect, and was easily $100 less than at a big name store.Before I left they went over the work performed, had me check everything and listen to the speakers, and after that they took my payment. They took a lot of pride in their work and really wanted to make sure that I was completely happy. That was a pleasant surprise.Because of that experience Im going to have a remote starter and upgraded stereo system added to our other car. With the savings the remote starter should almost be free. And, I wont have to worry about inconsistent quality. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

Got very excellent deal with tint removal. The tint was put on fairly bad and took around 5 hours of labor to remove because of glue and still got super good deal. They also took time to make sure it was done right and looks great. Big thanks for Excellent service.

Worst tint shop ever!!! bubbles in the tint, water all on the inside of my door, tint doesnt go to the edge of window, a few scratches on my vehicle I know came from them. Very rude when I complained. Tint guy (white dude) asked me why I didnt go somewhere else instead. thats rude. unprofessional owners/managers. The very light bright taller dude that works in the front is really rude, he drives the cream colored escalade parked in front. There are many other places that will treat you with respect when you give them business. I would go elsewhere. I do not recommend this shop.

From beginning to end 100 percent satisfaction. Nice selection to choose from, reasonable prices, and great customer service! What more could you ask for? Had a 5% sun strip tint put onto my windshield. Very affordable, no nonsense, helpful and fast. As an added bonus, there was no new dirt in my car, despite it being winter. These guys are a quality choice.

Great place to go to and I will not go anywhere else they give you a price that is reasonable and they stick to it. They dont do the well now you need this and the price goes up like most places. the people their are great to talk with and very knowledgeable and down to earth. The quality of work is awesome and I cant believe how quick they do it with just walking in with no appointment I highly recommend this place for all your car electronics

Went to Stereo 1 a couple months back. They installed everything for my SUV; 24in wheels, a stereo system, satellite radio, subs, amp, and tinting. Everything looks awesome! Went to a few places before Stereo 1 to get a feel for the place and Mo and his staff@ Stereo 1 is by far the best. Best place around by far and if your getting any work done on your vehicle take it to him. I dont even live in the area and it is well worth the drive!
