God awful customer service. I wish I could give them 0 stars. they messed up wiring subs which made them blow out, never ever answered phone calls to get things fixed (I HAVE THEIR WARRANTY). tons of excuses and lying about calling back. mind you family & friends have been loyal customers to them for years and now they’re just not caring.. maybe call back your customers or you’ll get sued.

Had them install a one sub set up in my suburban and I was beyond impressed.Nobody could believe that I was just running one sub ..Great job

In that past six years I have had Dan and his team at RC Communications perform three major installs for me. One consisted of an a new head stereo unit, door speakers, and custom built sub enclosure with a low profile piston sub woofer in a Dodge Dakota (very small space behind the rear seats). I was extremely happy with it. The Kenwood amp had some problems after 8 months and Dan swapped out with a larger one with no cost on the upgrade or install.A year ago I asked Dan for a complete install on my F250. New head unit, door speakers with custom brackets because they were larger than the factory ones, separate tweeters, rear speakers and a custom box with three 10 subs. Two amps push this system installed under the rear seats. The install is flawless. All wires are tight, mounted and tucked, under the carpet, looks beautiful. It sounds amazing and looks amazing. The sub enclosures are perfectly fitted and even built around the middle seat belt mechanism (I have multiple kids and cant give that up). Also had a Drone installed on my truck which lets me remote start from my iPhone, kick in my heated seats from my iPhone, lets me track my kids when they are in my truck, I can even geofence the truck so I know when it goes outside of where they should be going, reports speed to me real time etc. With the head unit they installed hands free mic and bluetooth so its all integrated, and installed a cable that lets me use all the factory steering wheel controls with the Kenwood unit, which has built in GPS etc.While this shop caters to all levels of installs from basic radios to high end installs, Dans shop also does work on motorcycles, so I asked Dan if he would do some upfitting on my truck. He mounted two off road bumpers with light bars and installed sweet LEDs in my grill. Every connection was soldered and heat wrapped and solidly secured. Dan also put an underbody lighting kit on the truck and installed LEDs up under the rails of the bed so have a lighted bed to get stuff in and out of at night. It is done to the highest quality. Ive attached a few pics of the front.For customer who have not had positive experiences I can only imagine that their expectations or their perceptions are unreasonable. RC is the only place I am going to get anything on my vehicles. Period.-Kevin

Dropped my car off at 9 in the morning to have radio installed. Never was in the agreement to be an over night thing. I called at 4pm because they close at 5 to see why it’s takin so long and they said they were working on it as we speak. I never got a call, drive up there at 9:45 at night to my car being parked outside sitting in the same place I parked it. The main person is a horrible human and the customer service was bad. I don’t recommend this place to anybody, never take yo cars too the hood

I know what customer service is...and isnt because my livelihood depends on it. These guys went far above and beyond in my install. Dan, Mike, and Brian exceeded my expectations. They solved other video related problems. I can say I have my very own mobile electronics guys, will never go anywhere else. I had to buy them lunch. Dans little helper (daughter in kindergarten) was off the charts adorable! With the amount of time they spent I was nervous this was going to cost $200 more with everything they did. They held to their estimate. I highly recommend them.Brian

The prices are a little high, but their quality work is just worth it. Smaller shop, nothing flamboyant.Theirs an absolute difference, between their work & best buy, rim shop, & ya boy down the street most def.

They installed the music on my Harley-Davidson and they did a Awful job, I couldn’t even get my bags out cause they put Straight cables so I had to cut the cables in order to get my bags out. it was really expensive and they put a speaker cable for my amp power can you believe that I will not recommend them at all.very disappointed for the money they should done a job for shows

I went to have a wire harness replaced because it was damaged causing my bulbs to blow frequently. I should have ran far and fast when the owner advice me to trade in my vehicle and began talking negatively about it. Instead I brushed it out because my nephew referred me to the. Never again.....they only set the headlight in the carriage and closed the hood without securing it back in place. Luckily for me I dont travel the freeway or it would have flown off. I went back a few days later and it was properly secured. Yet since having had them repair it I now have to replace the headlight due to the moisture that was able to get in. I tried to take it back, a week or so later when I was off from work, to show them what was going on and the colored fella at the desk said there was nothing they could do about it. Now I have to look to replace the headlight before their job cause more electrical damage.
