Awful hours. Shocking the book store was the cheapest place to buy books this year (that isnt the norm), however, to try and pick up these books it is like jumping through hoops. They are only open till 4 PM meanwhile many Marquette classes go until 4 or 4:45 or even later. It is just very inconvenient for a bookstore that is a part of the university.
Over priced books and snotty attitude clerks
Charged me $70 to buy a book I already paid $40 for because I was renting it because of damage that they refused to show me even though the book was $60 new
It gas everything your collage student needs
The book store was kind enough to refund a book beyond the deadline to return them due to a delay in ordering. Thank you for your making this exception.
Still waiting on order for over 1 1/2 months. All we get is the same email over and over, saying they will help us change delivery address if needed, they never answer their phone or answering any messages. Also why would we change an address when they haven’t even filled or shipped the order!!! Worst decision ever. Will order from B&N next time or ANYBODY else we can find!
Waited in line for over 45 min to buy a book that was $40 more than their online store said it would be. AVOID GOING HERE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.
I bought an iClicker From them. I activated the license prior to using it. When I tried to use it, it was broken. They said they cannot take returns on items that have been activated. So Im out $50 or I use an iClicker with half of the lcd panels burnt out. Do not buy from them. It is convenient and on campus, but they will treat you like garbage.
Waited in line for over 30 minutes, short staffed with 30+ customers waiting in line
Like every college bookstore, this one overcharges you for pointless textbooks that depreciate in value faster than a new car then buy them back for pennies on the dollar after you wait in line for 45 minutes to also return your rentals.
