Really interesting book store with a lot of variety. I have to watch the time when Im in there so I dont miss my flight lol.

A cozy, comfortable book store, and for travelers, conveniently built into the airport. They have a wide variety of new and used books. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I almost always stop here to pick something up when Im flying through MKE. Despite being in the airport, I think the prices match what you would normally expect to pay at a bookstore.

This place is amazing! This store alone is worth a drive to the airport.

As a flight attendant for Northwest Airlines, I ALWAYS had to pay very close attention to my watch when venturing into this store for fear of missing my flight! There were no cellphones then. Something made me think about this treasure, so I had to see if it still existed. Seeing it is made me SO HAPPY!!! Somehow, I’m going to find a way and time to make my way back. I’m smiling just thinking about the smell of all those books. Please treat yourself and visit this amazing place and give yourself plenty of browsing time! You’re going to want it!!!

Excellent customer service. The guy asked what I liked and then recommended two new (to me) authors, sold me three barely used books at a good price, and both authors blew the walls out of my expectations. Wonderful stuff. Thank you. Cant wait to get back.

This bookstore has a really good selection of poetry - I mean, if youre into poetry. Beyond poetry, the selection of fiction books here is pretty wide (along with its science fiction section). The people managing the store? Very warm and welcoming.

This is a fantastic new and used bookstore! Its perfect for browsing books when your flight is delayed. They have books in every genre and a large aeronautical section, fittingly. I love stopping in this store when Im flying in or out of MKE.

This is the most amazing bookstore Ive ever seen at an airport. Its not just the usual top ten best sellers and magazines but rather has an enormous collection of used and antique books. I just spent over an hour perusing the shelves and talking to the book seller and would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

I love that I can walk through here, either before I fly out or once I get back home, and always find a great book. The problem with most airport bookstores is that they dont have clasics and very limited specialty books beyond the current bestsellers. A great place!

A superb used book store, better organized than most and the only used book store Ive seen in an airport. I have several friends who look forward to flying to Milwaukee, with one reason being the chance to browse this particular store.

Has used books go they have a excellent selection of less common titles, and a large collection of vintage titles. They are a little pricey, but its at a airport and outside of Wisconsin I think you would be hard pressed to find those books without buying them from someplace like ABE on the Internet. I poked around there for 45 minutes and was never bothered by someone thinking I was stealing, that to me is good customer service. And yes its a little dusty, but books are dust collectors and the airport is dusty too.

I had a such a horrible experience in this bookstore. Coming from out of state i wanted to get a book for my 2 year old as souvanior and maybe books for family. I walked in and complimanted the gentleman behind the counter saying this is a great store you have here he looked at me and didnt respond. I truly thought it was store and was shocked that my compliment was ignored. Either way i put the book down on the counter and gave him the benefit of the doubt and kept looking.About 5 minutes later i was looking at the books on the other side of the store and the man came over to look at me. Again i didnt think much of it. Untilhe went back to the counter and called security and had security walk around the store.Then i started to feel uneasy and went to pay for the THREE books I was BUYING. Gentleman doesnt say anything to me. He swipes my card and puts it on the counter instead lf handing it to me. Doesnt say thank you. Doesnt say anything.I asked are you tbe owner?He says no he just leftI wanted to say somethig. I wanted to tell him how uneasy he made me feel. It was the worst feeling.I walked out feeling like bc of the color of my skin and hair he thought i was going to steal.Yes i bought the book bc i wanted it for my two year old but honeslty a place like this doesnt deserve my business.

This STORE IS SUPER DIRTY, The Guy who owns this store needs to Teach his EMPLOYEES Good Custiomer Service Skills, apparently doesnt seem, to CARE AT ALL what his Employees do or act, the Store itself is very very dirty and dusty, many of the Books are covered in heavy dust, and over priced
