Sold me a bad code for Aleks, which I needed for chemistry, a full month later and I still dont have a working code, and they still wont fix it. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Bookstore was fine. They dont carry many books or supplies, but maybe that stuff isnt out for people to get themselves because of covid.?

Their textbook buyout policy is a joke. I rented a textbook which I later decided I wanted to keep, and they made me pay full price for it! They didnt subtract the rental price I already paid from the textbooks total price so I could pay the difference like all other stores do, but they had me pay it all over again. I just really wanted the textbook because I found out it would help me with my other classes too so I bought it anyways, but that policy is a complete joke. Just rent from Amazon where theyre not trying to take advantage of broke college students.

Everytime I come here, Kareem and James are absolutely wonderful! Anytime I have questions about my book orders they are always quick to help me and to grab the books from the back. Kareem actually convinced me that the bookstore was a better option in comparison to neebo and I agree because when the transition first happened and it was built, I didnt want to use online books. Im happy I did ! He always goes above and beyond!

Anything UWM does online is the worst thing in the world. Their bookstores no different. All my textbooks are delivered, but not to my house, and nobody seems to know where they are. Get your act together UWM.
