There are many reasons why I chose MATC for an Associate degree in IT Computer Support. MATC has an excellent academic program and degree with state-of-the-art facilities. Education is up to date with the rapid growth of today’s technology. This gives me confidence that I will not only get the best and current knowledge but also other credentials such as certificates and diplomas through the career pathway program. 100% transferable credits to complete a Bachelor of Science in Information Science & Technology (IST). I can select from a variety of online courses which allows me to learn at a comfortable pace. The instructors are very professional and quite knowledgeable in the courses in which they lecture. I love the structure of the courses, the academics, but meanly the hands-on experience like disassembling and assembling PCs and other devices such as smartphones and tablets. My security+ class is very exciting to me as it alerts me of the many threats and vulnerabilities to be aware of. Upon completion, MATC students have a high rate of getting a job in the IT Computer Support Specialist career field. All interested individuals in IT Computer Support, MATC will transform you to meet all requirements for this career field so I encourage you to sign up for the greatest experience ever.

Clean and neat store with friendly employees who found all the books I needed. This is my first year in college I would have liked the whole process to be explained to me better. I kind of just had to figure out which line was for getting books and which was the checkout.

Really know what theyre doing there

They never buy back my books that I bought from the bookstore saying theyre no longer using that addition. Better to buy online for cheaper. Staff very friendly though.

All help with find what I need even if it means call other MATC Bookstores to make it convenient for myself and others.

This place is great. It dont matter how busy it gets, the stuff is always friendly.

This store is trash. Service is horrible and they always post the wrong business hours. You can talk to every single employee there and they will all give you different answers to the same question. I wish I didnt have to deal with them, but unfortunately need to use my book deferment to pay for my books, so I have no choice. Just know that if you have a question, or an issue, youre better off trying to figure it out yourself, or find an alternative solution, because the employees do not care to help the customers.

Easy to find, conveniently located, and incredibly fast process. They sell calculators, notebooks, backpacks, and pens as well. This is a one stop shop for any school supplies that you may need. Check it out!

Went for the buy your books back event today. I started at the beginning of the fall semester, today is my last day. I receive an email saying that they are buying your books back. Get there with my Algebra and Sociology books I Just Bought and they werent buying These😒. $400 I spent on those books and they werent buying the ones I had. Well why did I receive an email? Waste of time.

Limited parking. Long lines. Was told a book was sold out and it wasnt, so I had to make multiple trips. Went to Oak Creek to find book was only given one of required texts. Im about to make a 3rd trip because they didnt give me access codes to one of my classes. Plus, they gave me a textbook unwrapped, charged me for brand new, and its for a class Im not in and a major Im not in.

The prices are expensive for the books and supplies. Try your very best to find your book and supplies somewhere else cheaper if you can.

They gave me the wrong books for one class, then it took two more trips to exchange them. They were very friendly, but at the same time every trip to at least 45 minutes of waiting.

Quick and very helpful. Parking was a challenge but the visit was good.

Very overpriced. They wanted to charge me over $480 for books. I went online and got them all for under $200. For shame.
