I worked for Walmart for over 20 years and for a while and the tle department I love the service and the prices that Walmart has its just very timely in other words theres always a long wait

The guy who checked me out was extremely rude. On my receipt it says my manager was Kyler, terminal # SC010260. He was very disrespectful when I questioned the price, not realizing that the installation fee was added on. As he was checking me out he was yelling at another associate the same thing over and over, “did you hear me? X. L. We don’t have them! You need to call them!” And I could see the guy felt really annoyed by this manager speaking to him like that.If I could give 0 stars I would, I won’t be coming back here again.

Same day I got two new front tires, my tire pressure light turned on! The next morning, my back tire was flat and it had never gone flat before. We took it to get checked by someone else and told us something was missing in the tire. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY! I REGRET COMING HERE!

Needed to replace a flat tire, was done in less than an hour. Lay was very helpful and friendly, an all around great experience.

3 days prior I bought 4 tires online and made an appointment Here to have them mounted and balanced, well it wasnt done right the first time so I came back and explained that my tires arent balanced correctly and instead of taking care of the problem they put me at the end of the list!!! I had to wait 5 1/2 hrs before it was finished!!! Needless to say Im not going back!!!

Called ahead to see if they had openings to plug a leak in my tire. They told me they did and there was no wait at the time. I got there at 9 am and no one was in line. 2 people were waiting for their car to be finished. At 11am my car still had not been serviced. This is the worst place ever. They take entirely too long to service 1 car.

I definitely should have listened to all the negative reviews. Bought brand new tires within a week they were flat. Tried to call to rectify the problem for 2 days and no one ever answers the phone in the auto department or at the main customer service department. Bought a warranty on the tires and instead of getting a brand new one to replace the defective one, they just patched it up. Never again! Spend the few extra dollars elsewhere to get good and fast customer service

Overall, the experience was alright until they made a mistake by only installing 3 out of 4 tires that I ordered. I was charged the 4th wheel and wasnt given a refund until I realized it once I got home. I gave them a call and spoke to Assistant Manager Chris. Chris apologized for the mistake and explained that they apparently only received 3 out of the 4 tires even though I received an email confirming delivery of all 4. No matter, I was understanding and told him Id schedule another day for the 1 tire, he guaranteed me free installation due to the mistake and refunded me my 1 tire. Day of the 1 tire installation, Chris apparently didnt remember saying he would guarantee a free installation and attempted to charge me, until I asked him if he was calling me a liar and he changed tone and waived the installation fee. If you deal with any mistakes or accidents, please make sure any guarantees they give you is written down on their end because AM chris will attempt to cheat you out of even 10 dollars. Otherwise, the other employees were nice and gave good service and even mentioned remembering my situation. Shame AM Chris has his head up his arse and cant remember guarantees he makes to customers for a mistake made on their end.

Take your service elsewhere, they broke 3 lug nut studs off while I was getting new tires. Had to have it towed and fixed. That was after an hour and they never called me to tell me something was wrong.

Went to get a tire mounted. They told me they would fit me in when not busy. Next thing I know the crew is unloading a truck trying to burn time to end their shift.

Made appt day before, with size and make of tires.. get here today early, got back around 445pm, to find out they dont have my size I requested, and now still in line 30 minutes later to pick up my SUV, in getting four new tires, done sitting outside and cashiers walking away from register.. no bueno.Sorry not sorry Walmart, step up your employee customer service, bo end each other a helping hand..TEAM WORK!!!!

Waited 25 minutes and just decided to leave. All the mechanics are standing around while I wanted to get a oil change. But as usual 1 person at the counter having trouble with the register. Love using Walmart for oil changes but sometimes its rough. The best prices in town but so hard to get in. But I will be back.

I would put no stars at all, that’s how bad the service is! I took my car early for a rim exchange, they had my car for 7 hours and didn’t even get the job done. I called them twice within the 7 hours and both times they said my car was next and would be ready in an hour and a half. At the end I just went and picked up my keys and left with no job done. Don’t waste your time, look for somewhere else!

I went there for oil change and I have mixed feelings about this auto care center. The price was reasonable and unbeatable, but the wait was so long and unacceptable. Especially when I went back to pick up my car and there was one associate only and she was spending a lot of time to take care of one customer, plus she goes away forever to bring tires for a customer or to go outside with another to write down his car mileage! What? Thats the client business and not very important anyway. Im glad another associate showed up and took care of me after waiting almost an hour for a 3 minutes service!!! I had a great customer service the last time I went there for tire replacement. However, it wasnt good at this time. Ill give them another try and see if things get better the next time I go there for a service.Edit: Well, I just gave them another chance today when I went there for an oil change and I was very disappointed. I got there at noon and there was one associate trying to help a customer with an issue with his invoice! I was like ok Ill wait because I was the only one in line, but it took her forever dealing with that problem. The line was getting longer and people start leaving. Suddenly Timothy showed up but he wasnt any better. We had two associates trying to fix one problem and didnt give a damn about people who were waiting in line. Finally I gave up and left to Scrub a dub down the street where I got a great customer service and a free car wash, also it was quick and very convenient with a big smile in my face. Bye bye Walmart Auto Care where theres NO CARE!

Placed an order for 4 new tires, had to wait two weeks just to have an appointment, and have them installed, just to have them cancel the appointment one hour before its set time, like seriously, I waited that long, just for you to cancel right before, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I read reviews and decided to try to call ahead and see if they’d have time for an oil change - the lady on the phone first of all was pretty rude and told me to come around 3:00pm. I showed up at three and asked for an oil change and she told me they were done taking appointments. That would have been great to know. So needless to say, I should’ve listened to the other reviews that suggested NOT to come. It’s a waste of time to try and the staff is fairly rude.

Oil change prices are very good but not fast! Expect at least half an hour to one hour wait for an oil change but you can change Full Synthetic oil for the price of Conventional oil compared to other places.

Excellent service at the Walmart auto on S. 27th St.! I worked with Tyson, a customer service representative. He was very friendly. He got my car in and out. There was three appointments and I was a walk in. I was told it would be about one hour, so, I perused inside the Walmart store and about 30 minutes later I received a call in my name over the speaker system. I rushed to the auto service to find out that my car was ready! I was so excited! I would definitely come back here again. I was here to get a new battery installed in my car.

I should have just listened to the reviews and not gone there. You should probably do so too. Go at your own risk, youll probably waste your time.

Horrible service. Went in to buy a new tire because I had a flat. Stood waiting for someone to help for 15 min. Went through the process of picking a tire, because their tire inventory system was down only to have the lady say at the very end, Im sorry you can purchase the tire but we wont be able to install it because our tire machine is down. Really lady!

My personal experience started off hopeful. I need a tire on the front passenger side. Wait time as a walk in was about 3 hours. I decided to wait. No problem. 2 1/2 hours later, I went up to the front counter to see what was the status. Turns out since the button to my gear shifter was in the console, (directly in front of where it goes) my car was not in working order. They kicked me out of the system. I asked since the button was now located, if I could be still seen. No, your car isnt in working order, nothing I can do. Ok, I was very upset at this point seeing as how I HAVE to get a tire in order to even leave safely. They NEED to have these things posted! Wasted half a day on literally NOTHING and now I am SCRAMBLING to find a place that is open so that I can get to work tomorrow. Basically, they dont give a rats hinder about their customers.

It took them 3 hours to mount 4 tires. My appointment was at 4 and I got out at 7:30. But what do you expect, its Walmart. Good nuff.

Not a good experience. They were suppose to open the tire center at 7:00 and opened at 7:16. In the meantime customers entered through the store and got serviced first.

Needed my tire looked at because it was losing pressure. Waited 3 hours to have them tell me it was punctured (without debris) and NOT in a patchable location on the tire. Didnt have my tire in stock thankfully and I took it to my dealer instead. They looked and it and it had a nail in it. Also it was very much patchable. Lost my trust with nearly getting scammed a whole tire instead of an easy fix. 0/5 Walmart will be Walmart.

Service was terrible. Doors were still locked until 7:46am...had to walk all the way around the building. 5 people in front of me and still took 4 hours! Timothy very nice....other woman not so much!

Theres always a very long line with only 2 lanes open, but plenty of staff standing around talking and ignoring customers.The staff needs to learn customer service and realize that customers is what provides them with jobs. Alienate your customers and you no longer have a job.To answer the employee Veronica, Ive done the job before, and if I acted like the way people at this Walmart I wouldve been fired. DO NOT GO HERE! Went in for an oil change and cant remember how long it took. Everything seemed fine until I went to another Walmart next time for an oil change. They declined service because the last person who did my oil change screwed my oil filter on too tight. When I called the 1st Walmart that did the oil change, the manager basically said they cant do anything because I was no longer in that state. I should have read the reviews before going here. Seems like they have a shop of lazy inexperienced mechanics working there.

Went there on the 10-21-16 to get a tire plugged that was leaking air. They gave me a call and let me know that my vehicle was done, so I was actually happy with my service up to this point. I work in the area so when I freed up I went over to pick it up. Went in paid and picked up my key. When I got out to my car I noticed that it was left unlocked and running. It had been sitting there like that for 53 minutes! Went back in and let the girl at the register know what happened. I had to get back to work and havent heard anything from them since.

Its the worse place to go if you wanna do oil change and tire services. They dont have tools for changing oil filters for imported cars and they are not trained well to do a tire change either. First experience with oil change: They cannot change the oil filter for my Volvo because they didnt had tools to remove it. Second experience: Unprofessional and untrained professionals cannot change the easiest task of changing tires too. So beileve me dont waste your time and go to a better place. This Walmart is located at 27th Street and Morgan in Milwaukee, WI.

I was told patching up my tire would take 15 minutes with only one other person in front of me first thing in the morning. 45 minutes later and they didnt even start working on my car, making me late to work. I was told it was first come first serve but when I left, without the job done, there was a parking lot full of cars.

Poor customer service. Waste of time. I will recommend always go to Pewaukee location walmart for auto care services. They take less an hour for tire installation.

Has to be the worst place to get tires changed. I dropped my car off at 8 a.m. this morning and at the moment, it is 3:22 p.m. my car isnt finished yet. Said that they called me and talked to someone regarding my car and the funny thing is, I never got a call from them. I dont know if they lied to me or what, but the employee never called me and pretty much didnt change the tires on my vehicle. Would rate 0/5, but hey, doesnt let me do it. As far as Im concerned, this Auto Care center is absolute trash.As of 6:38 p.m., I received another call from them and they were calling me for someone elses car. Horrible service! No longer taking appointments and Ive tried 3 times to go and get a tire fixed that I have warranty on. Evertime I get there after work they say they are no longer taking any more care for the day. The close at 7PM and Ive been there before 330PM. How is that even a service! Very inconvenient for me to have to drive 30 mins away on my only day off to get my tire fixed that Ive paid extra for warranty on.

Waited in line for an hour before they announced to everyone that theyre not taking anyone else. All they could do was sell tires. Theyre so unorganized that they spent more time looking for employees that went missing rather than doing their job. Call ahead before you need anything from the auto center. They also said starting December 1, no more calls in for appointments.

Brought in my car today and purchased a battery. I asked about the free installation, and I was told they couldnt because of the wait?! There werent any other customers that I could see, and nobody was installing any batteries outside. I mentioned that I could wait, and was told they couldnt install it. I had to buy a crescent wrench and changed it myself. Ill be returning the crescent wrench for a refund tomorrow... Dont expect free installation at this store until its warm out... They should just take that sign down until then...

Worst customer service I ever experienced..I walked into the store fully prepared and ready to purchase a new phone and service from Walmart and left without a phone or service contract. I had heard from other people about Walmarts cell phone plan and I was ready...today was going to be the day. When I walked into the department I couldnt figure out who worked there. There were other customers in the store and I had not seen anyone wait on them. Id been in the store about 5 minutes when I saw 2 women chatting but they had on the tan pants like other store personel so I asked for help. She was not warm...and made no attempt to establish rapport or communication. ..I had the feeling she couldnt be bothered. It would have been easier for me to buy a phone in another country. She had an attitude and surely never had a class in customer service. I needed a service person to help me decide which was the plan best suited to my needs. She seemed irritated to have to answer questions. 10 minutes later I finally walked out of the store....Frustrated.....and I really needed a phone because mine fell into the sink and was worthless. But I wasnt going to buy anything from her. How could I trust the service and tech support department if the sales department was like that?

I went in to get my front tires changed. After I left my tire sensor started going off when I took it to a shop I was told that I needed to now replace the sensors because when they changed the tired they broke the sensors. When I went back to talk to the supervisor he was not friendly at all. What I thought would be a deal ended up costing me way more than another shop. I had to pay $200 for each sensor because of course Walmart will not be responsible for it.

I was there for an oil change and tires rotation. It took 45mins for an oil change and afterwards they told me they cant work on my tires rotation due to aftermarket rims. They should have told me that at the beginning and i will be happy go across the street to do oil and rotation. They guys just take their time and very inconsiderate of customers off days.

Had an appointment at 1:00, waited 45 minutes just to get my car in the garage for a tire check. Would not recommend.

Went on a sunday at noon and was told that they wasnt accepting anymore cars because there was only 2 people working and it closed at 6pm.

I came to have a simple nail taken out of my pickup truck tire and it was at a spot on my tire where they told me that they wouldnt have to take it off the truck but they told me it would be a 3.5 to 4 hour wait! !!!!! Really? They need to just close down if they are that inept! The rotten thing is I still spent $5 for a flat fix it kit at their store... I should have went to target!

Usually if I have nothing good to say I just keep my mouth shut but today I had an appointment at 1 it was 3:15 and my car still wasnt service and it seemed like it wasnt going to be service for at least another 40 minutes. So i left . Sorry but they seem very unorganized
