ACE collision is a family business, owned and  operated by the marital couple Jimmy & Michelle.In August of 2021, ACE repaired $10,503.36 worth of damage on my 2019 GMC Terrain, in the area of my drivers side front bumper, grill and hood during the COVID pandemic.Even with a shortage of parts and long delays receiving them, they still managed to fix the vehicle within 3-weeks. Jimmy personally worked on the vehicle everyday non stop to meet the 3-week deadline.Overall, I think ACE offers tremendous value for all body & paint work repairs at a fair and competitive price. As a bonus, they offered a reasonable approach to me paying my $500 deductible.Bottomline, I would recommend them to my family and friends.I would send any person NOT FAMILIAR with collision repair business practices to ACE collision. This includes my elderly mother any vulnerable person. Everyone beware of other collision shops using dishonest practices.ACE collision is my preferred shop for 5 reasons:(1) HONESTYJimmy issued me a refund for $269.00 because his initial estimate included charging me for a vehicle part he eventually discovered was not necessary for the final repairs of the SUV.(2) FAIRACE collision saved me money and made it easy to pay my $500 collision deductible(3) CUSTOMER SERVICEMy auto insurance wanted me to pay $304 out-of-pocket because I needed the rental vehicle for an additional week, because of a delay in receiving the cashiers check from the back to pay the repair cost.As a courtesy, Michelle called my insurer and convinced them to significantly reduce my charges.Jimmy also allowed me keep the vehicle at his shop FREE of cost, instead of charging me storage fees of $75/day.(4) INFORMATIVEJimmy set (a) clear expectations (b) explained the timeline for the completion of repairs and (c) the reason for needing each part in clear simple words.(5) FAST REPAIRSJimmy worked quickly to return the car to me in spite of vehicle part delays because of the COVID pandemic.Michelle & Jimmy, I wish you as much longevity in your small business as your marriage of 19 years!Very Satisfied Customer-Erich L.

My bumper recently fell off while my boyfriend was driving my car (of course). He went to Aces Auto Body to get it fixed and he was sure to tell me that they had excellent customer service and quickly tended to his needs. They definitely went above and beyond to help him get back on the road. Would definitely recommend.
