I went and talked to 3 other shops before finding Alliance Auto Body. Not one of them was as friendly, informative/knowledgeable, or realistic as Dean. When I brought my car into Alliance Auto I thought it couldn’t be repaired for less than 8,000 (a quote I received from another body shop) but Dean gave me hope!! He quoted me a price much lower than the previous quote and he Guaranteed that the parts and work would be long lasting. I met Dean accidentally after I got a flat tire. He pulled up next to me and made sure I knew that my tire was almost flat and that I should pull over as soon as I could. Then, to my surprise, he pulled into the parking lot behind me and offered to changed my flat. He took the time to explain the specifics of changing a tire on my SUV and made sure my spare was in good shape. He is genuinely a good person and I will be heading to Alliance for any auto body work I need in the future.

The owner is a very particular, detailed individual. He will go above & beyond to make sure that you get the best quality ever and he will not give your vehicle back until he has it looking almost perfect. We have been going to Alliance Auto Body for over 25 years. The quality of work is excellent! 15 years after we had a new-to-us used car color changed, we still get compliments from strangers. We had a car the insurance company originally said was totaled, they talked to Dean and agreed to pay the repair and then they re-insured the car. Whether from accidents or rust or car color change, we never go to anyone else. More reasonable than the other required quotes. Just fixed another one for us and as usual did a great job.
