Is everything okay? I have been a Hyundai driver, and fan, for well over a decade. I have been with Amato Hyundai for all of that time. This is the first time that I have been treated poorly at the Amato Hyundai superstore. From being given misinformation, to aspects of the work not being done, to a generally icky vibe, I can only say that while I am disappointed, I am even more concerned. This just isnt like you guys.
It was a poor experience I went there for service they told me they were backed up and They said they would contact me for an appointment It is now 2 months later and they never called me I called them back And no one knows anything about the conversation They are very unorganized.
ASK ABOUT SERVICE AND DIAGNOSTIC FEES. DEALERSHIPS OWNED BY THIS COMPANY STACK UP EXTRA FEES. SHOP FEES? You do not need to pay that much. Honest mechanics don’t charge diagnostic fees unless you choose to take car elsewhere.
