Do not use online delivery service, waited for my furniture for 2days. PickUp company kept cancelling and rescheduling never came. Finally hired local moving company less expensive and more reliable

Stayed clean throughout the pandemic, and still offer curbside pickup. Staff is friendly.They were the first local store to get Lysol back on the shelves again after COVID transmission panicked us all.___I read that they have a new CEO. They have added Broyhill bedding.Some stuff is ya get what ya paid for. However, lots of name brands, too.Theyve got what we need (except for greeting cards). Check expiration dates on clearance food. (*All* locations, not just the East Haven, CT location Im reviewing.)Otherwise, A GO-TO for cat litter and chips and small inexpensive speakers for my work computer and sugar-free energy drinks.Great to visit pre-cookout; but price compare because occasionally the supermarket sales blow them away - true with all stores and all chains, of course; but there is a supermarket a mile away.Nonetheless, they are usually cheaper and faster.Rewards program.

Good selection, staff was very helpful..... Prices are NOT competitive with Walmart. The only reason I gave Big Lots five stars is because of the personnel. Top notch and very professional.

Big lots is also a good place to shop, they sell a lot of nice furniture also the chair with the bed, they are nice, my daughter bought one for two hundred dollars, that is good price, they have other nice prices as well. Nice atmosphere. I like big lots. I just happen to go to the one in new milford, I guess they are all good.

Go early and beat the mess. Staff isnt overly helpful as there is hardly ever anyone on the floor to assist but the cashiers are nice. Download the app and get coupons and free stuff.

I like big lots.i just dont go there but once or twice a year but you can find just about anything and everything there... house wares pet stuff.food stuffs cleaning supplies.. decor for inside and outside of the house ( furniture; too!) Some clothing...health & beauty stuff....great prices!

I live half the year in ft Lauderdale and I do frequent the store while I can . This is not Macy and neither are the pricing.. a great no thrill store that should able to suit your needs.. Lots of good deals, fair selection of items. My only compaint is I with they carried perishable items at the Milford location.

Have only been to one other Big lots in CT but many in multiple states & by FAR i feel SOO accepted in this store as i am a totallllll shopping ADDICT and can spend hours shopping at stores like these. The store manager is a sweetheart and associates are pleasant (though i must that with all compliments I award to this store --- I also have to make notice of the same 2 females that work late nights, laugh at each others crude jokes sometimes involving customers & EVEN BASHING their OWN STORE *AND* COMPANY! I dont know how they pull it off as it is so obvious when it comes to comparing them to the other employees.
