My sales person Kewanee and Cynthia were both great . Kewanee did his best to work with me and made me feel so welcome and got me into what was best for me. Cynthia was very pleasant and assisted my sales person in everything to insure it was a great experience. Please for give me if I spelled any names wrong. I recommend this dealer ship to everyone. They fully explained everything to me.

We drove from Detroit to look at a car, and the car was a wreck. Every panel had scratches and/or gouges in it. All four wheels had brake dust caked on them. And one wheel need to be replaced. The tires would need to be replaced too. When we complained, we were told, The cosmetic appearance of a used car does not matter. I would accept that, but we drove over 600 miles round trip to buy a 2018, $30k vehicle with less than 30k miles on it. They said it was all in the pictures. You cannot see any of this damage in the pictures unless you zoom in as far as possible and even then it is so distorted you cant see anything. I was so disappointed. The salesperson we went through at the Detroit Drive Time was great, though. Couldnt have been nicer. He even apologized and said he would help us find something else. We ended up going to Erhard BMW and purchased a car from them.

I went into the sales office in Midlothian, Illinois The salesman Told me that my down payment was would be $5500 verses online quoted down payment of $798.That is really ridiculous. I would never visit drive time again. That was like a bait and hook move and misleading....sales person said that I entered my income incorrectly online...yeah right, he says that the bank thought I was bringing in my annual salary monthly. So basically saying I had entered my income incorrectly!That was an out right lie! Because I know I entered my income information as annually not Monthly. If I made that much a month... I would just buy a car....with out financing from the bank. I would never ever give anyone a $5500 down payment on any vehicle especially not a used vehicle.Please! I already have a nice car. Waste of time apply for a car online should have down payment of $800 went inside the dealer and they wanted 2500 waste of time they said they have cars from $800 to 2500 down payment cars were not even worth 2500 on the lot

Ive only had my vehicle for 16 months, and have had to put $4500 into it. The networks through their warranty company, Silver Rock, has an extremely limited network of mechanics, and [in my case) Ford Service Centers are not part of said network. The one time I had to use the warranty, I had to fight for my repair bill to be approved. I wont even mention the high interest rate on the loan.Never again will I purchase from this dealership . I cannot wait until I am able to trade in my current vehicle and be done with them for good.

So far this is the best vehicle purchase I ever made. Sales person was well informed. Price was good. I swear the vehicle is new, since it looks perfect. Not a scratch on it. Very happy and would quickly recommend Drive Time to all my friends, especially the Drive Time in Midlothian Illinois!

Customer service was great I got a good car for a good price. However, I’m getting mail from the city of Chicago about the car I traded in being abandoned on the side of a road. So whatever they’re doing with the trade in cars isn’t right because I shouldnt be getting mail about a car that I signed over to drive time I feel that its their responsibility and it is very irresponsible and unprofessional for them to not completely transfer over the car u traded in. I shouldn’t be receiving letters about a car I signed over to them being abandoned with drugs in it. What kind of dealership does that?

They sold me a bogus car, i would never go here again nor recommend this place to anyone. I bought my car 7/06/2020 and Im having problems already. Every time i call its oh we are sorry thats happening to you. i asked if they had an mechanic on site they said no, just a bogus car dealership all in all. period no further explanation.

If I could give 0 I would. I bough a car from them a little over 1 year ago(over priced). I paid the car off in full a few months back(I’d still have a car note for another 2 and a half years if I didn’t). Since I bought the car from them I’ve had Nothing but Mechanical issue with it. I’ve spent over $2500 on repairs for the car. Now it would be another $1000 to get the alternator and starter replaced. I called and Asked if they would take it as a trade in especially since it’s their car and they pretty much told me there was nothing that could do! Stay away go to a reputable dealership if you can. Buyers beware. All the other 1 star reviews believe them. Before you buy a car from them have a mechanic check everything!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Bought a car in July of this year. By December I have already spent over $2000 to fix “routine maintenance” issues. DriveTime sold me a car with bad brakes, bad rotors, two cracked tie rods and a weak suspension. And of course their “extended warranty” doesn’t cover any of this as it’s considered normal wear and tear. All of these things should have been fixed before it was put up for sale. I would never recommend this place or buy another car from them ever again. If I could give 0 stars I would.
