Terrible dealer,I purchased an Acadia CASH from them. Had to take the car back multi times for repairs. Every time I took the car back I would receive the vehicle back with a new repair needed or things missing off the vehicle like the radio buttons. When I received the car back from one of the last repairs, the truck was making a new unknown noise. Once again I needed to send the car back to them. I live far north and just had a new born so consistent bringing the car back is a inconvenience but once again I had to bring the car back. This time they told me it was the gears in the gear box and that they had to add fluids to the gearbox and to just drive the car around for a while and the sound will go away. Well I did that and the sound became louder. I took the car to a closer shop who told me there were no fluids in the gearbox and I had burned out the gears and needed to replace the gears entirely. I called the dealer seeking reimbursement for the repair and I was offered to bring the car back for the repair but I would have to cover half the cost of the repair. I already had to have the repairs done at the shop that found the issue as the car wasn’t safe to drive back out to the dealer and I would have to have it towed. I only sought the cost of the repair and now the owner won’t take my calls

She answered our questions, without hesitation, she didnt give off the vibe of trying to push us into making a snap decision so she could move on to another person. . She took time to explain what the various options available were. She addressed and had corrected our concerns in regards to some issues the vehicle we were interested in had. We purchased the 2012 Ford Escape which was very reasonably priced in comparison to other companies we had visited. She treated us like we were people and not numbers and took into consideration that I am a senior and saw to it that I was comfortable, it being an extremely hot day. Bought a subaru on 5/18/21 with a 15 day or 500 mile power train warranty on the engine and trans. On 5/28/21 the engine went out due to bad head gasket and both cylinder heads.After calling for almost 2 months consistently, the owner was never there nor did he returned my messages. On 7/7/21, Maverick (salesman) stated their mechanics dont work on those engines and thus wouldnt honor the warranty. Not even if I took it somewhere else with me helping with the parts. Please see the pics of the warranty and the towing date of when the car broke down.They are not honoring their own warranty nor return calls on warranty issues.

Showed up to test drive a van we had inquired about the previous day. The owner was so busy eating breakfast, he threw the keys at us and told us to go start the van up. The van was completely dead. He tried to get it jumpstarted and nothing. We decided to select a different van. We test drove several vans before we found one that we liked. The owner ran our credit with the finance company who did not offer financing for the full amount. We had a decent down payment and a trade in, but the owner refused to come down on the price. He remained so firm on the price that we had to walk away after spending an entire day at the lot. We were very motivated to buy, but he was not motivated at all to sell.

AVOID THIS PLACE, THEY SELL JUNK CARS AND LEMON CARS,

I bought a car there and when got at home (100 miles far) I realized that it had no alarm with remote, as the online advertising said. I called them and emailed them twice and they are saying that they cannot install the alarm system because it will cost them another 50-100 dollars. I had a good experience at the dealership when I bought the car, but now I truly see how they value their customers. Be careful when dealing with them...

I hope this review can help someone else. I found a car on car gurus here that was a good price. I live south of Grand Rapids so it was a 6 hour round trip for me and my husband. I called 147 cars to test drive Subaru which they said they still had but were deceitful in notifying me of the issues. When I arrived and drove the car it was making an awful noise. They did not know what it was and were slow to fix the problem so I left with no car but a promise that once the car was fixed we would meet half way so I didnt have to make another trip. Fix ended up being the hub bearing. Long story short when I got to the half way point on the day we agreed to meet they were no where to be found! I was on the phone with the salesman the whole day updating him on my location. I spoke to Sam, Im guessing the owner....he claimed he had no idea!! He yelled at me on the phone and blamed me for the miscommunication. His customer service skills are unfathomable. After the yelling, he said he would take off $75.00 for my time?!?! For an $8000 car! I was able to negotiate to $100 but I was very upset because of my wasted time and gas that yesterday. Sam was unapologetic when we arrived and said nothing to us. I strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere. They get their five star reviews on the incentive of a free $15 AMAZON gift card from their customers. They have signs posted of this offering many places in their shop. Please be careful doing business here.

This was the worst experience ever and if I could rate it as a negative I would have! We went to buy a used truck and thought we were receiving a safe vehicle. The transaction was smooth and the staff were pleasant, but when we discovered that the vehicle was unsafe to drive the owner Sam couldnt give us the time of day because he was busy. We took the truck to have the brakes replaced only to discover that there were 2 broken coil springs and a lose upper arm control making the vehicle totally unsafe to drive.We attempted 6 times by phone and 1 in store visit to talk to the owner Sam and were totally ignored and no return call made. This is a really sad situation especially because we trusted them and if we wouldnt have had the truck in for service it could have been devastating. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Real mixed, the sales people are very nice, honest. We purchased a Toyota Highlander from them. the second set of keys and key fob was locked in a ladys desk. We returned for the keys and she was not there and the keys were still locked in her desk. We have made several calls to have the keys mailed to us, and no keys. We were told this lady arrives on site between 9am - 10am and leaves around 12noon and 1pm. All we want is the keys to the car we purchased.Gets better twice they said they had mailed the key and fob to our car. When I called today they said it was at the office. I told them that I didnt like being lied to and was screamed at by the manager. He said it was a mistake his salesmen made. I then said, didnt you also tell me it was mailed. He replied, yes. Not only did they lie twice, the Manger attempted to hide he was one of the employees that told me the key had been mailed.HONESTY FIRST!

I came for a Ford Fusion about a couple weeks ago 1/25/2020 for my son and the guy sitting in the place just looked at me like I was crazy as I walked around looking at cars. When I went inside he finally ask may I help you. When I ask about the car he said it was sold. To my disbelief they still had the car until 2/6/2020. He tried sale me a car that wasn’t any good like I didn’t know anything about a car. So I walked away. Don’t trust car lots at all now I really don’t trust them. Why lie when you had a person who was willing to pay the full price for the car. Now you lower the price of $1000 and then sale it....smh

***Buyer beware*** Came to check out a car that had 87k miles that was advertised through carguru. Ran a car fax on the vehicle and it came back with 180k miles. They said price reflected the rollback. Yet they still advertised it as a low mile car.

They change the price once you get there the ad said $4,000 once I got there they said it’s going to be $4500

Went to buy a 2005 Lincoln Navigator 4 days ago and everything was ok, after the $45 Uber ride there I got the truck I wanted, halfway home the engine light pops on and the engine started shaking, that makes me think they disconnected the battery and connected it back before I looked at it!!! These people are shady!!!! It’s hopefully just a spark plug!!!! They could have told me that!!! SMH 🤦🏽‍♂️
