I usually take my car here. These guys are honest and hard working. Ive had worse experiences at other car repair facilities in Midlothian.

Great services they get you in and out in less than 45minutes

The service was trash and the mechanic sabotaged my car I just brought in for inspection don’t ever go to this meineke unless you are looking to get ripped off. I wouldn’t recommend even an oil change thumbs down!

Made appointment for an oil change. They took me right at my appointed time. The service was fast and did not have to wait.

Quick service but never got my full oil change service pack tires rotated because the air compressor wasnt working.

Very professional and very fast and easy..Got my oil changed and while the man did that, I asked him to look at my air compressor and he inspected it thoroughly and took the time to come a explain to me the problem, even showing me on another air compressor...and at NO EXTRA CHARGE! Hey, when everything theses days is being extra charged Ill except a free lesson on the inner workings of my car any day!

I seen a special on their sign. Went in and was in and out real fast. No waiting for them to bring my car in.

You can trust these guys. I needed new brakes but had my doubts. They didnt pressure me to have it done. But they did show me each brake pad to prove they were super thin and needed to be replaced.

Went there for an oil change and a check up,I told the guy I needed air in one tire since the tpms light was on.When they said everything was good the light was still on, they broke the plastic for the hood release and the hood was loose never lock, I drove slowly home and by the time I get home I check my tires and the pressure was 25 psi.Terrible service even when I paid for something o didnt received.

I came in for an appointment I set for 11am. I come in and say my name and there was no appointment set. He asks me what services I need done. I said I booked an appointment and said what I needed. You didnt book the appointment did you? All he says is what services did you need.... I shouldve just left. But its my day off and I need 45k tune up. Hour later I ask if its almost done. Says all they need to do is put a filter in.... 30mins later. Still waiting. 30 more minutes still waiting. Comes out and I look at itemized list and they didnt even change air filter. Tells me its not dirty. I tell him it has to be done to keep warranty in place it doesnt matter. Calls parts store and asks where the filter is he ordered. He ordered filter but wants to give me the car back? Showing me the filter? This place is a mess... Doesnt add up. Terrible service.This shouldve taken an hour at most for the checklist at hand and oil change needing to be done. I will never go to a Meineke after this being my first experience at one.

Typical car shop. Guys dont talk much. But theyre quick with small maintenance like oil changes, lights, etc.

These guys are awesome. Mechanic shops have the same rates for labor and parts but coming here makes you feel cared about and the guys are very informative, friendly, and most importantly, THEYRE HONEST

Guy runs it like he doesnt franchise from meineke, and makes up his own rules as he goes along. Went there once for a oil change because l had free coupons and told me he couldnt when he two mechanics two cars and it was completely dead, but ultimately wouldnt give me an answer as to why but just stumbled and stuttered without a proper response. cheap owner with inexcusable rudeness who will attempt to RIP you off if he can, offered me three times the price for a product l needed. Would give no stars if l could, PLEASE meineke if you see this review, THIS OWNER IS DOING A DISSERVICE TO YOUR NAME AND THE PUBLIC PLEASE REMOVE HIM OR SERIOUSLY PUT HIM IN CHECK

Terrible experience, I go in and ask for a oil change on a 2015 Dodge Journey the guy said he couldn’t do it. Then asked for a hand with checking out my tire (slow leak) the guy said don’t have the machine.

Bad service. They replaced my brakes and I had to take the car back to them 3 times because the brakes were squeaking. My brakes are still squeaking to this day.

Paid for service and didnt fix the problem also the mechanic broke my relay box and didnt tell me the part that was put on my van was done improperly and cost me my vehicle
