Best shop in Midlothian! Drove my truck from North Carolina to visit a friend and my air conditioner started freezing up. I took the truck to Macks and Glenn knew right away what the problem was. The shop was very busy so he told me it may take a day or two before he could look at it. I left my truck expecting to get a call in a few days but Glenn called me back the same day only a few hours after I dropped the truck off and told me they had fixed my truck. Not only did they fix the problem but they saved me money on having to rent a car while I was visiting my friend. Im not sure what other shops charge but the price they charged me at Macks was a lot less than I expected. Now I can drive 18 hours back to North Carolina in comfort. Thats how you give people the best customer service and very fast repairs. Theyve been in business for over 30 years which speaks for itself. If you want a fast, honest place to get your automotive services go to Macks!

Macks is one of the best places to take your car in DFW. Ive repeatedly taken my cars there over the years. The people are great. They do quality work and charge a fair price. Theyre super honest about what needs to get done to your car and can send you to other shops if they can do the job better. Great place!

Brought my 2014 Ford f150 in with a very bad oil leak. Macs was extremely busy but made time to look at the problem. After looking at problem they explained that they could fix it same day. This means alot to me due to being self employed and this truck is my work truck. Great customer service these guys went above and beyond to keep my business up and running.

I drove an hour one way because Mack’s Automotive came highly recommended. My Escalade had magnetic ride control and the shocks were stuck, it felt like I was driving a stagecoach! I dropped my car off on Monday morning and it was ready to go Monday afternoon. They removed the magnetic ride control and replaced it with regular shocks. Mack’s completed the job for exactly what they quoted and on time. Their waiting area is pristine and their staff is professional. I will continue to use them for all my automotive needs.

I have always had a good experience with them and have always recommended them. (HUGE MISTAKE AFTER HOW THEY TREATED ME) However this last time, I received an estimate of 2k (yikes but sometimes things are pricey) when I got there the receptionist told me $3K!!!!!!!!!! (My car isnt even worth much more than that) The HUGE problem with this is not only did they not bother to call and check with me BEFORE they added the massive price difference (I dont know how many of yall have an extra grand just laying around I sure dont) But when I continually stated to the receptionist that was not NEAR what I was quoted and expressed my confusion and concern she completely ignored ALL OF MY CONCERNS. She literally acted like she did not hear me. Talk about insult to injury!!! I can not believe a supposed valued loyal customer was treated this way.

I have an old truck that needed to be inspected. First, they were extremely busy which I always see as a good sign. Second, I was greeted by a man at the desk who was quick, no non-sense, and to the point. I asked for an inspection and he let me know that they were extremely busy that day, but could take care of the inspection within about ten minutes if I was willing to wait. Ten minutes? Why, of course! I sat down and in no time at all my trucks inspection was complete. Well done, and I will be going back for heavier maintenance!

Been here several times for service. Initially suggested by a friend who described them as very honest and fair. I took a few of my vehicles there, and They diagnosed problems honestly when they could have done otherwise to make more money. They were also fair and reasonable in charging for the repairs they performed. I no longer live near them, but would not hesitate to drive from north Fort Worth to have them service my vehicles. Good, honest folks here. I highly recommend them.

My sister and I were driving back from Dallas a couple of weeks ago when my tire gage let me know my drivers side tire was low. It was cold and windy & rainy outside. We found a place to air our tire up at a gas stations but we couldn’t get the tire to take any air. After trying for quite a while gentleman stopped to help us. He recommended going back down the highway to a tire shop called MACKS Automotive. We pulled in and talked to the receptionist, who was very kind. Shane checked all the tires, aired them up for us and didn’t charge a dime. I went in the day before to get a quote, which I was pleased with. I took my vehicle back for repair. They then gave me a much higher price. After a few moments of discussion they agreed and gave me the original price. The work was done just like they said.

They came in on budget and on time. Very thorough, courteous and trustworthy.Price estimates seemed right in line with other shops, but I’ve been out here a couple of times and it’s their service that sets them apart.

2005 Avalanche needed frontend alignment after NTB in Waxahatchie left components of the drivers side loose and eventually falling off and gone. Macks Garage aligned the front end and its all good now.

My car was totaled last week, but they gave me time still to use their courtesy car so that I could replace it and not be stranded.I will definitely use them again for the body work - but Im not looking forward to creating work for them!

Wonderful place we have used them for 21 years. They are honest people. They do a good job. I was Quoted $189.00 for front brek pads and $189.00 for back pads Dealer. Macs was a whole lot cheaper and they used factory pads on the Car. If you want a good job and do not want to be ripped off use Macs Automotive in Midlothian.

Did shady work. We had a vehicle towed there, so felt like they could overcharge for an alternator. We paid for a new one, replaced with a rebuilt one. Had brake work done, and car was damaged in their parking lot..HUGE door dent. That was the last straw. They know there isnt much competitions in midlothian, so customer satisfaction isnt a priority.
