Stellar service! I brought my mother-in-law’s Toyota Sienna here for a state inspection. They were very fast and professional. It was easy to get our car into the queue, have the person do the inspection, and pay. Very nice and will likely come back again next time. We generally do all car maintenance at a Toyota dealership.I highly recommend Kwick Kar Lube & Tune as a great place to get your state inspection!

I was greeted quickly, even though there were several people ahead of me. It didnt take long for them to get to my car. Andy took care of everything. He noticed several things that I needed but even said it wasnt urgent to replace but made me aware of all future issues. Great place for trust worthy service ! Got in quickly, solid prices, and they show you the quality of what needs to be replaced so you can see it must be done versus them telling you it should be done. Definitely coming back!

Not only do they overcharge for oil ($69.99 for 4.5 quarts), they pair it with a low quality $3.49 oil filter. On top of that they left residue on one fender and coolant on the other and took zero responsibility. They didn’t even bother/offer to clean it. That’s the last oil change I ever pay somebody else to do. DIY if you want it done right the first time folks, don’t waste your time and money here.

Came in for an oil change and inspection I had a front light that was out and they fixed me up and showed me somethings I wasn’t aware that I was in need of repair! Andy wasn’t a pushy salesman and made me feel at ease with his funny nature. I will be back for sure! Very trustworthy and great place to go for ur auto needs!

Excellent service both times i came in. Came on a super busy saturday afternoon, I was in and out. Came back in on the following wednesday and It was even faster. I will 100% be back.

They knocked out an oil change but forgot to reset the counter on the toyota. Did it myself and will have to remember to go back early next time. I got the new guy looking fresh out of HS so probably not a poor reflection of the business

Worst experience ever, manager doesnt care and employees do whatever they want. Manager is too scared of his employees to stand up for himself. They lost a bolt of my car cover and as I was driving the undercarriage cover became loose and was damaged. They refused to make it right. Theyre not adults that take responsibility for their mistakes. If i could rate them lower I would.

Got my moms oil changed here. SUPER fast, I was in and out in about 15-20 mins. I used to go to Walmart for my own vehicle... NEVER again. Im bringing my own car here from now on, and ill be suggesting this spot to all my friends and family from now on.

I only had a safety inspection done and there were no other customers there. But the staff was friendly, very helpful and time efficient. The facilities were clean and they took precautions to protect the seat and floor mat in my truck. The posted prices for various services were quite reasonable.

I went to get an oil change for my Van. The people working there were Professional. My gripe is with the cost. Almost a $100 for an Oil change. That is ridiculous. The current pandemic force me to have to use them instead of other places I go to. Next time I will wait.

Too expensive! Had an oil and filter change and it cost me 60% more than Walmart. I called and spoke with the local Kwik Kar rep and asked him why. Basic answer was he could not explain the cost difference.

Friendly staff and very professional

I have gone there for an inspection twice. The first time was fine. The second time there was no one outside taking information, so I went inside. Each time someone came in, I could not get their attention, and this went on for about 15 minutes.Then, a guy came in calling out a name of someone that was not there. I politely asked if he would take my information so I could get on the list. He did not reply, but just stared at me as if I was the biggest idiot he had ever seen. After about 7 seconds of staring, I asked him if there was something he did not understand. Adding a tone of disgust to match his expression, he said You just came in here and sat down? Didnt talk to anyone or anything? I replied that there was no one to take my information, and he responded by walking out of the office.If you feel like being treated like a lower life form, this place is for you.

This crew is amazing! I was having a Super bad day and lost my phone all on the same day that my car broke down. They went above and beyond to fix my car when I broke down up the street from them. Oil change and have used for inspections

I dont understand the big deal! Had my personal vehicle inspected & repaired at this location last May. They were honest & truthful! Rare quality these days! My car, which I had just purchased, failed the 1st inspection, which I knew would happen, but after the proper repairs, passed inspection! Im not a young girl by any stretch of the imagination, but never felt discriminated against. Id definitely return to this location. Very quick & helpful!

No sign of customer service. Will ignore you like the previous reviews say... its TRUE. Also they very loudly mention any problems your vehicles have... in front of everyone, instead of calling you up to the desk... sorry attempt to pressure you to let them fix it.I doubt any store/district managers or even owners are aware of the lack in discipline their employees show.

They are friendly and cars get serviced fast. They were busy but I was able to get an oil change within 30 minutes. I had to take away a star because they moved my stuff all around in my car, finally found my sunglasses in a door pocket when they had been in the passenger seat, and they had moved my drivers seat up so close to the steering wheel that I was barely able to get in the car.

Went for an inspection, in and out in 10-15 minutes. No upsell attempt either.

I went there for my inspection and everyone was polite and they got me in and out very quickly.

Usually good service never had problems. Today took about 20-30 mins just to get checked in no one bothered to get my information till a nice girl came up and helped me right away.

I believe in supporting local business as much as possible and giving praise when a company wows a guest but when a company fails to deliver, its equally important to share concerns.Today, i needed an oil change, and when i arrived, there were a few older customers there, and so i waited my turn. In fairness, they were pretty quick with my car, so the actual oil change was good time, however...The guys working there and esp the young lady need to know or need proper training on guest service, and speaking to guests over the phone.None of the staff look pleased to be there and its reflective in how they appeared to interact with each other and the guests.Also, someone needs to hold the young lady to some standards when it comes to apparel, lets just say, this is a professional place of business and not sure the ripped jeans with extra rips fits for the environment.As far as sales, revenue for them must be great, I decided to check my own air filter after i left, and my own wipers, both need to be replaced, but apparently, they didnt feel the need to sell me, thats ok, auto zone took my money, but just saying.Again, service was fast, but quality of employees is substandard at best.

Good luck getting your car inspected here. Got tired of waiting on someone to come out of the shop to help me ( no techs were working just standing around) so I left. Went to valvoline they met me in the parking lot on the way to the door asked what I needed and had my vehicle pulled into the shop before I could even get into the office.

Very disappointing experience. I pulled up to the sign that said, wait for attendant just in front of the first service bay. There was an employee directly in front of me cleaning the outside back window of a car. He turned around and we made eye contact. He turned again and continued working on the vehicle without ever acknowledging me. They were not all that busy and their were other employees milling around. However, not one of them approached my vehicle. After waiting for five minutes, I left. There are many places in in the Midlothian/Waxahachie that train and expect their employees to take pride in their work, value their business, and ensure a great customer experience--and that starts by making an effort to welcome potential customers. I took my business elsewhere and recommend you do too.

Worst experience ever! I came in for an oil change and inspection. My car had no issues, but as soon as they pull it back the service light is on and they refuse to do anything, including inspection. I ask what they think could have made the light come on so quickly, and all he said was could me emissions. This is all after an hour wait. Service was rude and overall disappointing. Will not be back to this place.

Brought my car in for inspection. First off I had to go out into the bay area after waiting 20 minutes just to get someone to check me in becasue they where all working on one car. I told them the check engine light was on and that they needed to read it before the inspection was done. So eaither they could fix it or I could take it somewhere to be fixed. They ran the inspection and then told me it failed. They couldnt even tell me why it failed! These people are crooks dont take your car to them for anything!!! Most incompetent service I have ever had!!! Go to Macs automotive. They will treat you right!!!

An oil change is $40 but you will leave paying $52 with their extra charges they dont ask nor tell you about. I came there before paying $40, but this time I had out of state licence plates, so I assume they thought they could take advantage of me.

Bill was $95.00. Receipt listed probably twelve things they didnt actually do other than change my oil and clean my windows.
