Great service everytime I have been here. The people here are respectful and very professional. I had a tire sensor that was not working, and they took care of it right away. I would not hesitate to come to this location for service in the future.

My zero turn mower had a flat tire and I took it here to be fixed. I was waiting in line when Mike L approached me to have it fixed. He had it filled and fixed in moments. He would not charge me, which I super appreciated. I will be taking my vehicles here when they need tires. Great experience and I recommend to all my family and friends.

Went in at 5:30 and waited for about 15-20 minutes in line- finally was able to get some service from someone who asked what they could do for me, I responded that I had a screw in my tire and needed it repaired. They asked for my cell phone number, I answered I could not give it because of my employer. He answered he could not help me because he could not create an account for me without a phone number! I will never EVER go to another discount tire again in my lifetime. NO where does it say that I have to have a phone number for them to repair more tire!

This is probably the quickest and most efficient Discount Tire Ive visited. Came in needing 4 new tires for one car and a patch for the other. In and out in less than an hour, which is especially impressive considering every bay was full and there was a constant influx of new arrivals. Highly recommend.

First time dealing with discount but,these guys are QUICK! In and out in well under 30 minutes with 4 brand new tires and they changed the old spare out with one of my old tires. Ordered online and didn’t even have to go inside the office if I didn’t want to. Will definitely be back!

The best Discount Ive been to. Juan Servin was awesome. Friendly, eager to help and just a nice guy.....30 minutes before they closed I asked him if it was to late and he said no it was perfect, come on in. ( I went to NTB the day before that, 45 minutes before they closed, and they told me the manager wouldnt let them take any more jobs because they were busy until closing time..even though I was trying to buy $1600 worth of tires!). The guys in the shop at Discount were fast...I was in and out in no time. I may live in Burleson, but I will be driving to Midlothian for my tires. Thanks Juan, you rock!

I ordered tires for my 1977 Corvette on line. The Midlothian store called to let me know they were in and emailed me to remind me of my appointment. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted and told that when a car in the bay was done, just pull in. The young man that serviced my car was fantastic. If they werent sure about something, they stopped their work and checked with me, you dont find that much anymore. He took his time and made sure everything was done correctly. He apologized for taking so long, however, when I saw the care that he was taking, it was not a problem.Chris the manager, you have some great employees, keep up the great job.

I came in for a repair (knowing I probably needed new tires anyway) and they fixed me up. Didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need, gave me multiple options for my current driving habits, and got me settled. And fast too! I didnt have time to drink a soda while they got them installed. Finally glad we have a Discount Tire here in Midlo.

I called on Friday afternoon anticipating needing to set an appointment for Saturday, but they were able to work me in as soon as I arrived. I was met greeted warmly by a technician in the parking lot who then escorted me inside to Chris the sales manager. He was extremely professional and able to process the warranty for the repair of my tire, and allowed me to drive into the bay for the exchange as I had sleeping toddlers in the back. Everyone, and I mean everyone had the best attitude, was aware of their customer service and made sure their service was top notch and quick. I have conducted business with Discount Tire for years, but never have I had such a speedy and pleasant experience. Midlothian will be my go-to for all future tire needs on our vehicle. Employees are incompetent at best. Went twice with 2 different trucks. Once for a rotation, next for air pressures in a dually. The first they tried to tell me i need new lugs because mine were rounded off. Well the lugs were put on the truck 1 year ago with new wheels and tires and have never been removed until the rotation i went to get done. On the dually they put air in the front tires and air in the back inside tires on the dual axle. DID NOT put air in the outside tires.Idiots. This place must have the high school dropouts who cant et jobs where it takes a little use of the brain.

So I’ve purchased 4 new tires a little over a year ago and my back 2 tires are bald and still in warranty so Chris, an associate with Discount Tire gave me a discount on 2 new tires.. said it’s common for my Dodge Challenger... went to pick up my car and the 2 new tires are NOT the tires I need or paid for... what did Chris do?!?! He went above and beyond to say the least even dealing with my with rude attitude! Thank you Chris!! You are awesome! And I’m so sorry being a butthead!

Beware of you have painted rims. They chipped or marred all 4 rims. At first it seemed like they would work with me to solve the problem. Chris decided refinishing them was not an option due to the color. These were factory rims and from the dealership were $2500. I have some friends that could get them at a supplier discount for $2000. He then suggested aftermarket. So I agreed and picked some out with the understanding that I expected a deal on rubber for the new rims due to the new rims being priced well under $1000. Well, rims came in, and I asked about rubber for them. $60 off. Really? This could have cost you $2500. I didnt expect free tires. I did expect to at least be met half way. Felt that was understood when the rims were ordered. So now I have rims with no tires on them and definitely got the short end of the stick.

From out of state on vacation need a tire didnt have tires I wanted the ordered them had them next business day. When they came in called me and were fast putting them on

This is one of the best Discount Tires I have been to. The manager was very helpful and honest about his work. He worked with me on the price of my tires and when one of my lug bolts was broken he told me they would cover it. I will be returning for my future tire needs. Thanks team!

This is the best Discount Tire Location Ive used so far. The staff is polite and efficient which makes it a pleasure to do business there.

As a female, I HATE going to any type of mechanical place. THIS Discount Tire did not give me that feeling! I went to get a slow leak repaired, and even though they couldnt fix it, they were extremely professional. I never felt out if place or had that creepy, Im being stared at feeling. They didnt try to sell me tires, just told me they were there if I decided I needed a replacement. When I do get new tires, this is the location I will choose!
