Great service! I thought I needed a whole new power steering system and they let me know it was something much easier to fix(and less expensive too!)

This was my 3rd experience with Integrity. Each time the work has been performed professionally and at reasonable prices.

This is the second time I have use Integrity Automotive. Both times the repairs were done fast and at a fair price. I was recommended to try them after my old mechanic moved his shop. It is always good to find someplace that fixes what needs to be done. And not try and sell you on some added repairs. Both times I took my Tahoe here. I knew what the problem was and about what it may cost. I was just lazy and didnt wish to do the repairs myself. They were very close to the cost I thinking it may be.I will be back again if I need them.

I feel like I did them a disservice by not putting this review sooner. Quick turnaround easy to work with fair pricing plus quality customer service. Most of all the name suits the business. Integrity seems to be their top priority and for any business let alone a mechanic shop that is amazing to see still existing. Strongly recommend them and will also be bringing my vehicle back whenever it decides to screw up (Lord knows it will).

David was excellent in informing on the procedures and the cost for repairs. I found that David had reasonable cost compared to other shops in the area. I am pleased with the service and happy to be back on the road!

As a family, we have older vehicles that need to be maintained occasionally. Integrity has been our place for repair. Recently, due to some routine issues and some unexpected damage issues, it seems weve been rotating vehicles. Most recently, I took my truck into have routine maintenance. Sure enough, my sons aftermarket rim failed causing a blow out. We towed it to Integrity. The owner recognized the truck, and realizing we were down 2 out of 3 vehicles, he moved his workload around to finish my truck asap. Just one more way, their attention to detail is meant to ease the customers burden. Great work!!

For my car repair, these mechanics provided good communication and let me know what my options were to make best decision. The price was even reasonable compared to the dealers. Would highly recommend them!

Always honest and helpful.Have been satisfied with every repair and service.I do wish they worked weekends, even just a Saturday, but everyone needs a day off.The price is very competitive and David will do the leg work to find a more affordable part if possible.

They charged exactly what they quoted me on the phone and didnt try to up-sell me anything just to make a profit. Thats what I call Integrity!They also told me about how long it would be because I had to wait there. Even though a few unexpected customer emergencies walked in they still got mine done in the amount of time they had told me.

Great customer service and great first-time experience

I brought my 2000 tundra in because the check engine light was on and I needed to get an inspection. Integrity diagnosed the problem, a faulty o2 sensor, and made the necessary repairs and solved the issue. thank you and I will be using them in the future.

I got a diagnostic from them they charged 100$ and it was a very rough estimate on where my leak was coming from in my paperwork it stated coukd be this could be that. Repair was pretty high cost for this job too. I have gotten a few diff quotes now and decided not to go with them

Clutch went out in my Honda just down the road. I am not from the area and so just had to rely on a google search for a close enough auto shop that AAA could tow me to without paying extra. I was instantly drawn by the name, how can you go wrong with a name like Integrity Automotive? And I wasnt wrong. They quickly diagnosed the problem and got it fixed in a couple of days. Price was great and service was too. If you ever break down in the Midlothian area along 287, check them out!

Had him do my brakes. Got me in quickly and took good care of us.

I used these guys to replace a starter on my Honda Accord.That cost me $400 with parts and labor. 9 months later, I had to have that same starter replaced. I am not accusing them of anything. Simply stating my experience. I am left to believe that that the starter I was given was either used or faulty. Starters dont go out in 9 months time. I would use someone else, thats just my opinion.

Got my truck back floor boards soaking wet left my windows down and just let my truck get soaked if they wont roll up your windows and let rain pour in only telling what I can expect from their work you are a fool if you read this and go to them I wish I could give them a no star rating just trying to save someone else the headache of wet carpet smell
