Wow, the last Harbor Freight I was in was like a warehouse store. Youve come a long way baby. Needed a couple of items which were place at the 4-corners of the store. The store was cleaned, well recovered and safe as we walked the entire store.The check out situation could have been improved but overall great prices and selection.

They have a lot of things that are cheap, but you have to realize that if were paying cheap, the things are not going to be that good but I found a couple of light switches at work for 2.99 I believe and it comes with battery and they light up really good and I think thats good for my 💰money 😀you just have to look around funny part was that I went with a friend he was going to buy some stuff and he didnt the things there but I came out with two bags of stuff I paid 15.99 for the metal holder to hold a 42in TV? So yes just have to look I think I got good things ! Oh almost forgot got some Butterfly figuring that our solar power 🔋three come in a box, for 6.99 they look beautiful at night time love them!!

The Harbor Freight in Midland is Leaps and Bounds better than the one in Odessa. I have visited the one in Odessa and had to lay down the items I was going to purchase after standing in line with no one to run the register. Odessa location has horrible customer service. The Location in Midland is very clean, well stocked and organized. The Midland customer service is awesome.

This place is great for the tool you only need once. And the store is normally kept really clean and orderly.

Needed some batteries for flashlights around the house and cars. They have cleaned up the store and added many new tools. It makes me want to spend more money. My wife does not like me to go by myself. The staff people are friendly and helpful. Items are easy to find and staff will help you load the larger items.

Several employees and only one checking out people with a long line waiting. Manager came out of the office with another employee and saw there was a long line and did nothing about it. She was just worried about getting to leave for lunch. Very poor managed. This isnt the first time Ive encountered this problem here. I think Ill be going elsewhere

Great ol harbor freight. I enjoy the new location in Midland tx. So I dont have to travel to Odessa anymore from big spring. I always get asked if I need assistance. But I decline because I never go for anything specific. I just wait till I see something that wants to go home with me and be out in a drawer and never use. Lol.

Theyre doing a really good job of making better quality tools. I used to buy from here just to have tools that I didnt really take care of. Now, not so much.

I want to rate harbor a 5. The air die grinders are junk. Bought the extended warranty on the last one, they will regret it. Plenty of quality tools here, this just isnt one of them

Staff is nice, helpful and of course you get what you pay for, so if they have 2 wrenches 1 for $10 and another for $15 don’t expect the $10 to last you on heavy application better go for the $15 they usually pay for themselves trust me. Being doing this for about 16 years now and I still got some stuff I bought 5-7 years ago

Decent location for a Harbor freight. Some issues with what items they keep in stock. This could be due to the pandemic but is to be expected for a chain location located in the Permian basin.

It was good got in and out quickly and people are friendly.

Lots of hardware and some really cool gadgets. Always today and well stocked and the cashiers are always quick to ring you up with a smile.

Not so bad actually. Just a nice hardware store. Also rip furrs.

Friendly service and good prices. The store has everything you could imagine to fix anything you could imagine.

Reurns are horrible. One of the managers (a guy ) treats horrible when you have to ask for your money back even to your card and almost obligates you to accept a gift card when you ask for your money. No 😔 good tretment with people.

Harbor freight tools in midland is a joke. So i sold my tool box to a buyer in midland and was going to purchase one in midland while i was there. I called and asked if one was available and was told yes. I get there and was told that they werent able to find the one i asked about. Thanks midland, total fail. Ill get one elsewhere.
