Usually has most products you need in pinch new key machine makes it where you have to go to lock Smith for lot of tool box keys or file keys they used to make never buy lumber here always warped if buy large sum of any one thing need to visit Lowes because price is higher here

What a fun place to shop and a hidden gem. They are much more than a Hardware store. They have pet items, a Hallmark section, gifts like socks, grills, and pottery for your yard!

I was completely lost in finding a specific item and the older lady at the help desk (unfortunately didnt catch her name) was able to track down the time and save my day today! That simple interaction has gained a customer.

They have everything in stock, even back in February when the ice storm hit hard, I was able to find the PVC pipe and fittings I needed. They are a good hardware store.

The offerings are not nearly as complete as the big box stores but you can typically find what you want and the staff is courteous and tries to help, even coming up with creative solutions to your problems.

Went everywhere in town looking for plumbing parts after the ice broke a pipe, and everyone was out. Not only did you guys have it but the staff was unbelievably nice for dealing with all the frustrated people. Rhonda was absolutely amazing. I will definitely use you guys from now on.

Been going here for years. They have lots of choices for just about any hardware need, great selection of plumbing supplies and tools. Lots of gardening equipment and plants in the spring, seeds, fertilizer, herbicides, etc. Also in a good location. Staff is usually helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are average. Hope the keep doing what they do. I like shopping local businesses instead of the big Corporate guys. Thanks Westlake for hanging in there! 👍👍

Received excellent service from a manager by the name of Jacob! He explained the ins and outs of necessary tools and how To hang my heavy decor on Sheetrock walls! Common folk like myself definitely appreciate this type of service and learning experience. Thank you Jacob! You deserve a raise!!

I like coming here to get things for the house or a project I am working on since it is easy to get in and out. If I need help there is usually more than 1 person that can help me which I don’t get at the bigger stores. It costs a little more but my time and patience is worth the paying a little more money for what I need.

This particular locations staff has always been very friendly. If you have any questions any one of them are more than willing to assist. Theyre prices are a bit higher than other hardware stores but nonetheless its worth the few pennies for the good service.

I like totally love this place although the prices are high. They have the most amazing employees they are very attentive and so positive. Leo is a great asset to this company as well as the manager, and the 2 cashiers I had dealings with really wish I had gotten all of their names. The manager allowed us to enter the store 2 min before closing, and although everyone was ready to go home they all offered exceptional service the atmosphere was so positive. This manager should really be proud of himself and his staff I’ll forever be a customer here. Thank you for the best service I have ever had in retail. Kuddos

My opinion of Westlake Hardware quickly changed today when my husband hurried to their store to grab some PVC glue for an emergency repair. The store was closing at 6 and he walked up to the door about 5 minutes before 6. Another customer entered the store directly in front of my husband but the employee at the door refused to let my husband in even though it wasnt yet time to close and even though my husband explained to him that he only needed that one item. The product at Westlake have always been more expensive than Lowes or Home Depot but we have always tried to purchase items from them, not only because they are closer for us to drive to, but also because my son worked there while attending college 10 years ago. I just dont think they have the intrigity that I once knew them to have.

Great selection but somehow has attracted the most ridiculous truck owners. Trucks parked feet from each other in the middle of the rows and in spots that arent even spots.The building is a fraction the size of Lowes and always seems to have just as many employees, never a problem finding help.

I love this place. unlike some of the other chain stores in town I can walk in ask anyone a question and they will find someone to answer it for me. theres no wandering around theres no not having a clue what youre looking for they always find what you need.

While they dont have lumber, Ive grown up with Ace. I can usually find the odd bits I need, quality tools and friendly help. This location is near my home and my go-to hardware store. They also have unique items not found in other hardware stores, like a small kids section with old timey toys and games.

I always love going here. Many hard to find items, as well as popular items. Great sales prices. I enjoy being able to find what I need without going into a larger store.
