Recently I bought the Mighty Multi Ladder for my dad for his birthday from this Northern Tool. To say that I am tool-challenged is an understatement. However, this did not stop Northern Tool from providing the best possible customer service! Adrian was able to answer all of my questions regarding the ladder and even helped me load it in my WAY TOO SMALL vehicle. Best customer service of any Northern Tool Ive ever been to! So I walked away with a great experience and my dad ended up with an incredible ladder! Win win!

During the power outage in Midland tx. They moved all generators to one working store. They ran a very efficient and friendly operation. The only thing they could do better was one generator per customer. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

The best northern tool I’ve been to in the area, highly recommend.

DO NOT PURCHASE EQUIPMENT OR GET IT FIXED HERE! You’re better off going to Lowe’s, honestly.Overall, after purchasing “the best” weed eater at this store, AND purchasing the Northern Tool warranty, our equipment was faulty and this store is refusing any warranty help or refund.Joe, in maintenance, had no customer service skills and was extremely ignorant about the products in the store. And the manager, Mike, was extremely rude and unprofessional. So disappointed after spending a lot of money here.

I want to say my hats off to Bryant the mechanic on duty, I recommend you ask for him if you are having something worked on. My problem was with the service department, instead of solving my problem that person told me I would have to wait until Monday. After calling the store manager for help he seemed reluctant at first, but after a discussion he did solve the problem. The real hero of the day is Bryant, he went above and beyond, he stayed late to ensure I was taken care of, I applaud this young man for working very hard to meet the customer needs. If every associate in that store worked like him I would give a 5 star rating.I use the Abilene store a lot and they are the best Northern tool I have been in from DFW to Midland, the store manager and service guys in Abilene have the best customer service I have ever seen in any retail chain!!! I would would say Northern tool is the best, except for my experience today. If a district manager wants to call me I would love to hear from them, it won’t be hard to get my number. The work in Midland was done today 2/07/20, they will remember me

Everytime I go into this store needing one or two things and wind up needing a basket Im told they are outside in the parking lot. So since I cant carry my stuff outside to the basket I set it down and just leave. Meanwhile several employees are all on the computers behind the counter no customers at the registers. Makes you wonder how many other customers just put stuff down and leave because they have to go get a basket out in the lot. Store is nice but shelves are not stocked went in for 3 things. All 3 not on the selves.

If you wanna buy Milwaukee tools, not here!Their policy doesnt allow to return. At first they told us, if you use it, you cant return but after only we told them we didnt they reply well if you open it, you cant return. Never going back for Milwaukee. They dont even have a return (customer service) station.

Brandi is the only person worth talking to for getting tools, she is honest and is willing to learn. Everyone else just isnt worth it, the communication is off and they act like its coming out of their check for them to help

Bought two new tool boxes both doors fell off took them back to the manager james and I haven recieved a call in 8 months every time I go to speak to him he tells me hes still working on it this is the worst service Ive ever recieved

Terrible !!! Go there all the time for work since its close, was refused service because I was told I didnt work at my place of employment!!! Even after providing names,numbers,i.d. etc !! Was told somebody called and said I didnt work there when I asked who it was he wouldnt tell me,just refused to sell me any safety supplies today! Well needless to say he was rude and unprofessional,so Ill never go back to that store again !!!
