Just went and ordered materials for my roof the staff was friendly and they have really good customer service.

The worst service there is, I have never been so dissatisfied with customer service at all ever, this place is ridiculous! People that work here are lazy, and disrespectful, never again doing business here.

Worst customer service... Office people are rude and arrogant. I’m wanted to keep my business locally but I much rather deal with the big box lumber stores. Not sure if they realized that they are not the only ones in town. Long story short don’t waste your time with this outfit...

Worst of the worst, whoever puts goods reviews here must get paid for their reviews cause this place is trash, the laziest employees Ive ever seen they take forever to load you and then get disrespectful with you. Customer service is trash.

Well run and owned business 👍🏻👍🏻 my order was ontime, had a small issue but it was handled professionally and quickly. Highly recommended.When receiving delivery of lumber, lock it up, there is a lot of theft in Midland. 🚚🚚

One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a business. Worst customer service and the people behind the desks are short with you, no kind greetings here, I had 8 bundles of lumber to deliver, I went to where they told me to go and unload, I strapped my load, and waited forever, one forklift would take a bundle then disappear to go load outgoing trks,, then 10 or 15 min later a different forklift would appear and then again, disappear. Hope I never deliver here again. Very unprofessional and unorganised.

Not retail friendly. They sold me the wrong door due to fault of their own, then hassled me when I tried to return it.
