I like this place, but yall have got to do better with the cream cheese for your bagels. If you are going to insist on charging for cream cheese you should at least provide a full serving of it. I just went there this morning and received a tiny amount, less than a teaspoon full, which wouldnt even cover one half of my bagel. If you insist on charging us at least give us a full serving. Also flavored options would be nice too.

Not sure I will be going back. Today they served me with a paper straw - didnt realize it until I was about 4 blocks away, turned around and waited for a regular straw. Was informed they wont be serving with regular straws. Why pay $5+ for a drink and ruin it with a nasty paper straw? This isnt California.

Came here for the first time a few days ago and got a Macha smoothie and was blown away! Then went yesterday and got the Vanilla Cold Brew. Everything was perfect! Their service is amazing and very friendly! Definitely recommend them over Starbucks!

Im done with HUMAN BEAN!This had become my go to COFFEE place, since STARBUCKS is SO TERRIBLE!However, Went there on Friday morning and ordered TWO Large lattes with heavy cream, and the charge was well over $13.Okay, going to give them one more shot. Drove all the way from the west side of town to get coffee on Saturday morning. 8:05 AM, Big Spring Street!NOT A SOUL IN THE PLACE! REALLY??ITS SATURDAY MORNING, 8:00 AM, and they are NOT OPEN! SERIOUSLY?? I guess I will have to wait for the Black Rifle to open. Im Done with HUMAN BEAN!

This place have the same prices as Starbucks but I prefer the human bean something new and I got to said I love it. I recommend the the coffee drink mexi mocha and the caramel hazelnut... great taste friendly employees they will attend you very nicely

I had never been to a Human Bean location before today and I have to say, I was really surprised. Even when dealing with the long line, the staff was extremely friendly and took the time to go over a few of the menu items. The coffee selection is solid and well thought out. There really is something for all coffee drinkers.Also, things like Red Bull / Rock Star smoothies, frozen hot chocolate and the ability to add protein powder to several of the drinks makes this a great place to go no matter the time of day.Once the order was placed, it was ready very fast. Everything was hot, tasted fresh and the muffin tops were very good (and an amusing item to have available).This is not a negative, just an FYI, they have the most confusing parking lot / drive through lane set up I have ever seen. It makes perfect sense after you figure it out but it might be surprising the first time you visit this location. It is well worth it so dont let that run you off.I will definitely be going back again, possibly later today for some chocolate covered espresso beans but if not today then tomorrow morning for sure.

There are gluten free mentions on the website, but when asking for clarification the baristas had absolutely no idea about gluten free options.I explained that I have Celiac’s Disease and need help to make sure I order gluten free. The barista offered me several sugar free options. I tried to further explain that sugar is fine, it’s the gluten that will make me very ill. She then offered several delicious dairy free alternatives. I asked if we could check the syrup label for possible contaminants, but she claimed they had no information available.I had zero confidence that I would have a gluten free experience. We ordered my daughter a frozen hot chocolate and she said it was delicious. So 5 stars for regular folks!

I love this place!! The ease of drive-thru on both sides of the building. I typically get a java-chip. ❤️. They always ask if I want coffee in it.Friendly staff, clean. Prices better than Starbucks. My only con baked goods. Wish they had a better selection!Definitely try.

Very good coffee place and its very Affordable! Compared to a lot of other coffee places the price was so much better. And the employees are very sweet and were the best! I highly recommend! You wont be disappointed!

Human Bean brews up really rich, tasty coffee. I have been many times, and the coffee quality is always consistent and tastes great. The staff are efficient and get people through the line quickly. I really enjoy this coffee. 5 full stars!!

The tall barista, Theresa, always serves with a smile and just has the best attitude! She keeps me coming back! I truly believe she makes the best vanilla chai lattes in town! You can tell she truly loves what she does. Please don’t forget to tip your baristas if you are able to!

This is an amazing coffee place. Not only is the staff great. The prices are wuay better than other coffee shops.

Told the barista it was my first time, she didnt suggest anything, or try to help me decide just stood there waiting. Ordered the salted caramel iced, and a kids strawberry smoothie. The price I paid for a cheap iced coffee that tasted like watered down dollar store coffee and the kids size is half the size of a tall from starbucks but cost the same was a bit disappointing. The service wasnt great especially for a first timer. The prices are equal to starbucks except the sizing is smaller. Overall I wont try it again maybe I had a bad first time experience but thats what counts to go back for more.

Came here because all Starbucks are out of milk. The girl was rude and not very talkative. Kept asking us what we ordered and I didn’t even know if my order was done because I never got my receipt afterwards. She didn’t say Thank You, just walked away no bs. Drinks are okay.
