Probably wouldve been better service if other employees were working yesterday. Also I noticed when an employee came out of the bathroom I saw faint smoke following him... kinda wondering if the staff is on something while working.

Why is it every other county from here to Detroit the lines wrapped around the building? But why is it those ones keep moving. For midland. With double the workers mind you. Takes five to ten minutes a car? Like it’s ridiculous. Pick the pace up for Christ sakes.

Coffee chains are not as good as local shops, but at least Biggby is better than Starbucks.

Very friendly staff, and always perfectly made coffees

Extremely slow drive through but the coffee is good and the staff are very friendly. Just make sure that you allow about 5 minutes per car ahead of you and yourself. Takes about 20 minutes if 3 cars are in front of you. I watched a couple people drive away due to the wait times on two separate occasions.

Gave them a 3 because the staff was nice this morning. I never go here and today was a reminder of why. The coffee is subpar. It wasnt hot. The water from my tap is hotter. Wont be back 2 times and both times didnt live up to over priced coffee. Tim Hortons was packed to the road is the only reason I went else where

Drove up to the order speaker and no response so we went to the window and saw a person walk by us 3 times and never came to the window to take our order. Sign on the door said they were open on Saturdays from 9-5. Love Biggby but I won’t go back now. I’ll go take my business to small businesses from now on thank you very much.

Today, We ordered three drinks. A frozen hot chocolate, a hot pumpkin spice, and a frozen pumpkin spice. We got the hot chocolate and hot pumpkin spice and then waited about 15 minutes for our other drink. When a worker finally asked if we were still waiting for anything, we told him we were waiting for our frozen pumpkin spice and he said okay. The girl who gave us our first drinks then looked at us and told us she gave us all our drinks. My mom then proceeded to show up her receipt and show them her order. The guy then apologized and started to make our last drink. The girl then said, ‘I know what she ordered, and she only ordered one drink’. We then got our drinks and left. Worst experience ever and I don’t think we will be going back anytime soon.

I love Biggby coffee. If you have a buy one get one free coupon its worth the price. I would never pay full price. The cafe area is clean and well kept. Staff is nice. Ive visited several locations in Michigan. Better than Starbucks. In my opinion.

Coffee is good. On the upper end of price but you are supporting a regional brand rather than a large, publically traded company nationwide. Their iced coffee is tasty!

Biggby has always been my favorite coffee shop and Ive been going to this one for a year. Started fantastic, now the past several times the service has been really slow and my iced coffee is always full of floating coffee grounds. The exterior is also covered in coffee grounds. So disappointing.

Good, friendly service! The line has never been more than three people deep, even around 3 oclock when the high school lets out right up the street. Good place to study or do work in a quiet environment (besides the grinding of coffee and frozen drinks)

Had an odd taste, I ordered the same drink at every biggbys I stopped at in OH and MI and this one was the only one that tasted off.

Went in there for my wifes birthday as she receive the free birthday drink text from that location, since this is the only location that we have ever gone to. The instructions on the text were as simple as show this text to receive you free birthday drink. The lady that was helping us did not know how to process this order, which is fine and understandable as she may be new. Another lady comes up and says they dont do anything with birthday drinks, and claims shes the owner of that location. We show her the text and the number in which it came from, that matches that location, and she comes up with some story about how the company she goes through probably messed things up and that she would never honor something like that. The text stated straight out that it was from that Bigby location, very misleading advertising and awful service from the owner. Should have honored the error and corrected it after, as with any sort of retail establishment.. but customer service eludes the owner of that Bigby. If I want some tasty coffee beverage I will never go there, and if I really want something from Bigby I will travel to one in a neighboring city.

Coffee is top notch! They have smoothies, snacks and the service is the best! Super friendly, relaxing atmosphere.

Been a regular since shop opened. Always a fine cup of coffee and a place to relax and read a book. Baristas are friendly and knowledgeable. Stop in and enjoy!

I go here often. I wish they had a 12oz though. Sizes start at 16oz for frozen and Iced anyway. A bit pricy, but average for the coffee places around Midland. I have not tried their food, so I cannot speak of the quality of that.
