I live outside of Rochester, NY.My Father lives in Midland. I was looking around for a gift on line and came across this shop.I am certainly happy I did.Kathryn was so helpful. Talking about different products and explaining everything! She took pictures of items and sent them to me so I really knew what each thing looked like!Together, we came up with a perfect gift for my Dad’s birthday. She spent so much time and was genuinely kind.Thank you! I will definitely come see you the next time I visit Midland!

This shop is nice and calming as you walk in. very nice aesthetic in the shop with lots of small plants, handmade items, stickers and more. this small business has good prices for the items they are displaying, there is a wide variety of items that would be good for gifts. super cute store with nice workers :)

I’ve never left a google review before but felt the need to for serendipity road because of my amazing experience. I came in in a bit of a rush to get a last second gift and the girls were amazingly helpful, showed me what their best options were, and were incredibly friendly, especially since I was probably a bit of a handful. Thank you so much to you guys for the help and I’ll be back next time I need a nice gift!

Nice selection of unique gifts and decor. Some things are marked up a little bit too high. But the majority of the pricing is fair for the quality you get.
