After continuously losing our uniforms, not showing up consistently, and not maintaining our parts washer, they got upset that we refused to pay. We told them no more. They filed suit on us for the remainder of the contract and the unmaintained parts washer. They claim that we would not let them collect their equipment when in fact the driver refused to pick it up. He said it was our responsibility to empty the parts washer and left everything here. There was nothing in the parts washer except the fluid they put in it. He left clothing and door mats as well.

They are amazing

Our driver does a great job each week, and is very friendly and seems to enjoy his job. The service manager has also worked to make us feel like valued a customer. Would recommend.

If I could leave no stars I would!! The worst uniform company in the Permian Basin. Loses uniforms, then tries to charge you. Never returns all uniforms that they havent lost. Repairs are never done on old uniforms. We terminated our contract due to their failure to satisfy their end of the agreement. Only when we initiated that, did the plant manager make an attempt to visit with our company. By then it was far too late. Then we have an over payment with them that we cant get a refund for because no one EVER answers their payment inquiry number, and then also never return vm messages... THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!

Very rude and unprofessional. requested a uniform 2 months ago and they r telling me in a very rude way that my request was barley put in a week ago and still have to wait 4 weeks plus. their answer to me was sorry tough luck.

The worst company in the world. So slow and inaccurate. Absolutely terrible!

They never delivered my uniforms, they lot my order.
