Great selection. Very clean store which is very rare in this area. All around good place to hook your employees up with FR’s. Also the embroidery is on point!

Great service & the ladies on shift the day I went went above & beyond.

First time here; staff was friendly and extremely helpful; had a young lady help me get fitted for work. She kept track of my sizes in 4 different articles of clothing so that I could pass it on to work. In and out, prolly 25 minutes.

Great costumer service. All the staff is always eager to help you find just what you need.

Everything you want FR; Pants, shirts, coveralls, and then some. Yeti gear and MANY clothing brands to choose from. A BIG plus... they will hem your pants on site while you wait. Very clean and well organized store with a vast selection. They will also order and have delivered to your home if its not on the shelf.

I would have given this place a 5 star but a girl with glasses at the front desk looked at me as if I was out of line when I asked if my jacket was ready. She gave me a weird look as if I was crazy. Didn’t show much respect there but the girls in the back who are in control of the uniforms treated me very well, they deserve a raise. Excellent professional service shout out for the ones in the back “Call In”

I came in close to closing and they were so helpful. They helped me get completely outfitted for the field and stayed open a little late to make sure I had everything. Maggie and Mag were wonderful, and very knowledgeable employees. They made the process smooth and efficient.

Has a good selection. a Little higher in price than other places. But, the service is terrible in Midland. Went in 3 times and no one asked me if I could be helped. Was looking at boots and no one asked me if I needed help. If you know what you want great. Other wise plan on looking elsewhere as you will waste your time here.

Awesome staff and very helpful on the Description of the products, they make sure that you are comfortable with the size and fit that you choose and offer options. Wait time was very short to have someone help me with my purchase

This place is nice, cheaper on boots, work bags, and just about everything else. They dont rape you on price based on the fact you work in the oilfield. Their prices are already good, and on top of that I got a discount because of who I work for. 2 thumbs up from me.

This store has a good selection of quality work wear : FRS ( pants, shirts, overalls, and coveralls ),boots (decent selection), hard hats and more,. Its definitely worth a look

Horrible customer service!!! I bought FRs here in the past and the service was horrible. Decided i would give them benefit of the doubt and try out the new location. I went by to get TWO shirts and there was me and 2 other customers in the store and i was still there for over an hour! They literally ask you everything but your blood type to buy TW0 SHIRTS! Needless to say that will be my last trip to this place.

Horrible experience. I stood there for 15 mins with 5 employees walking around before anyone said a single word to me. She was nice. There was only 2 customers in the store and i was number 3. Ill never go back.

Dont bother calling this place, their line is always busy. Guess il have to drive 10 hours to get my order.

The staff are always friendly and customer service is one of their strong points. The store doesnt carry an item I wanted to purchase and they went out of their way to help me find what I was looking for to order it for me.

Very good experience with the staff they help me write deal to choose the right boots and it helps very much that the girls were bilingual dont forget very friendly they were all having a wonderful day the one issue the sign could be set up differently so you could spot it when youre coming down the road
