Good ish selection, they’re very limited on sizes for smaller feet but that’s about everywhere. Some of the staff is great, but one guy specifically was very over bearing and unprofessional, came and sat right by us while we were trying on boots and just kept interrupting us and distracting us trying to make us buy boot oil, boot trees, a bunch of accessories we already said we weren’t interested in. He even questioned my boyfriend about what products we already had when he politely said no thank you since we already own boot conditioner, and then he told us to buy it since it helped his paycheck. Was very annoying and followed us around the whole store trying to guilt us into buying more. I found a pair of lovely boots and we almost walked out because this kid was so overbearing and would not leave us alone. He would not take the hint that we just wanted to be left alone to look at boots even when we said we didn’t need any help and would not take no for an answer. I’ve never had my experience at a store so negatively impacted because of staff like that /: I understand they receive commission but please take the hint and treat your customers kindly.

Small place. Not a great selection of clothes at all. Steel toe work boot section is very limited and if i do find some I like they never have my size. Ever. Normal boot options are limited as well. They only have a few different styles/brands of Cowboy hats to choose from. Theyre already pre shaped and there isnt a real Cowboy alive that wants a pre shaped hat.My advice to you is if you shop Western, dont waste your time at Boot Barn. Go to Cavenders instead. They have a great selection of anything you want. Cabenders is the best place to shop

Got me a much needed pair of new work boots. I wear Ariat workhogs. They had them in stock. The kid who helped me was very helpful. He knew that fat old guys like me dont have time for messing around. Got me what I needed and got me in and out fast. I went in tried them on, bought them and was out in 15 mins.

Great selection of FRs and various FR brands. A lot more than Cavenders over priced Ariat only selection. Bulwark FR, Lapco FR, Carhart FR, Hawx FR, Cody James FR, Rasco FR, Wrangler FR and of coarse a large selection of Ariat FR clothing. Large boot selection, steel toe or normal boot wear. Very friendly staff. They also have a good selection of normal wear of various brands as well. I line to stop by on my way home when in need of apparel.

I have not had this kind of customer experience and service in a long time. Brittany thank you for taking the time from your busy schedule to help me out. Because of your great customer service I will do all my shopping at Boot Barn for all my Western wear. It was so refreshing to see a kind and loving young lady to help an old dinosaur like me. BEWARE of special orders with this company !!!! Very unprofessional. I placed a special order February 2nd. They never updated me on the order, I called several different occasions and spoke to 3 different people they go by the name of, Tara, Jen, Hailey. Then I spoke to Micheal, did not seem concerned. Even began to argue with me instead of trying to solve my situation. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

My #1 place to go for work boots, and casual boots... they also have a large selection of clothing and accessories.. and lets not forget FR clothing as well... staff here is very helpful, and friendly... only thing is.. we dont get a lot of time to shop.. its in and out for us on a work schedule and these ladies know that, and constantly ask if you need help to make it easier...

I got to the store at 8pm sharp, only walk up to closed doors and a sign that stated New store hours.Monday-Saturday 9am-9Pm.To me this is false advertising. Dont do such thing, especially in this are where people like myself and many others depend on the little time we have to be able to do things.When i looked inside the store, there were 3 girls standing by the register. I will no longer come to this place. Not to mention, i was going to spend well over $10k for my employees winter apparel.If youre going to keep signs up, honor them.

The prices seemed high but I am completely out of my league here. This was my first time buying work boots or any oil field apparel and the staff was very helpful. They took the time to measure my foot and explained boot fitting to me over and over until I got it. They did try to sell me really hard on the oil for the boots which I felt was similar to best buy selling me an extended warranty but other than that I was extremely satisfied. The sales girl Tara and her manager were wonderful!

Service at Andrews Hwy Midland TX is outstanding!!! I was immediately greeted & helped by Tara!!! Found size I needed took me to front & checked me out. Tara was amazing! Thank you!My husband went to the Boot Barn on 338 loop in Odessa TX & while several employees stood at front talking...he wasnt greeted...he had to ASK for help...which what he received w/almost an eye roll wasnt helpful & he left empty-handed. SMH...Its sad when employees dont appreciate their job or have self esteem to WANT to do a GOOD job!

I went in looking for boots in the $70-$80 range and in a certain style (round wide toe). My sales lady brought me $120-$130 boots over and over again. When she went to the back to look for a certain size my daughter (who is five years old) found the exact style (and size!) I was asking for. They were originally $120... but were marked down to.... $9.99. !!!!! My sales lady was passive after she saw that I found boots that were priced so low. She initially told me that it was a mistake. I feel like she did not listen one bit to what I was asking for. I asked the manager if they were paid on commission and she said yes. It makes me so sad that this lady wouldnt show me boots in my price range! If she would have showed me what I asked for I wouldnt have even looked around and found the $9.99 boots! It was very stressful for me to have her shoving $120+ boots in my face in styles I wasnt interested in. I do better shopping and browsing on my own. I can ask for help if I need it. I am happy that I found $9.99 boot, but annoyed with their customer service.

This location is amazing! I dont normally write reviews but the customer service was outstanding. I went in to find a pair of womens boots. Several people greeted me when I came in the store and a gentleman helped me find just the right boots. Ill never shop for boots anywhere else.

Really like the store and really helpful but if you have a women’s size 10 you might not want to go waste your time going in here. They may have 10 different shoes to chose from in size 10 and 11 where the other sizes have a huge selection to chose from. Very very disappointed really needed some shoes.

Called by phone to see if I could exchange my waterproof boots that cost 280 dollars on Wich they gave me 30 days to exchange if any water came thru well 2 days after I bought them water came in called manager and she was really not nice and said she couldnt do the exchange ... I would really recommend the other store on ranking the manager on that store she helped me with no hesitation even though I didnt purchase the boots at her store .
