Took my 12 yr old daughters in for their birthday to get additional ear piercings done for them and the entire staff was so nice! I got my daith done so they could watch the process and they got additional lobe piercings and a helix. Sonny made the girls feel very comfortable and it was just an overall great experience. We will for sure be returning for our future piercing needs.

I got an industrial piercing in both ears at the same time for around 200 here, and it was a genuinely pretty pleasant experience. Interior was nice and clean, and the guy doing my piercings was experienced and honestly pretty cool. Glad i got the chance to get something new before i went off to college! ty

Sunny did an amazing and quick job in my nose piercing! I’ve been going back and forth in repiercing it for a bit. Once I called and asked for prices, I went down and he had me in and out real quick. And he is very informative on aftercare for what not to do and what to do! Definitely going back.

I got my medusa and labret pierced recently by them and the piercer used too small of jewelry in my medusa plus he pierced it incorrectly, my labret is a size too big. I had to get my medusa removed by another shop

Definitely recommend UpRock if you’re looking to get a piercing! I walked in on Friday 3/12 looking to get my septum pierced but I was still a little bit nervous before doing it. Sonny was great and really made me feel comfortable about the whole process. Aftercare instructions were informative and they answered all my questions. Ten out of ten would recommend!

Michael pierced my nose today and was fast, professional, and took plenty of time to discuss the appropriate aftercare.I would be more thorough but there is not much else to it- it was quick, relatively painless, and to the point. I honestly couldn’t think of anything to complain about if I tried.

I loved this place, Id called the day before to get info the lady on the phone was super sweet and helpful. Answered all my questions. So I went in the next day and I payed $60 for my belly button to get done good price in my opinion. She was very sweet and calming about it. I was very nervous and she didnt rust me to do anything... Great experience, Great service!

This business doesnt want your business. They are very rude and overcharge for simple services. I took my oldest daughter to have her ears pierced and they charge $150.00 for 5 minutes of their time. I would not have paid that much but did not want my daughter to have any issues with her ears like I have because I had my ear pierced by a gun instead of a needle. My daughters ear have done great, so my younger daughter wanted to have her ears pierced so I took her in and the lady was once again rude. (that is their standard) She then said it would be $200.00 to have my younger daughters ears pierced. I should walked out, but my younger daughter has asked for six weeks straight to have hers ears pierced, so we were there and we already had all of the paperwork completed. So I paid and we went back to have her ears pierced and my daughter became hesitant, but really wanted her ears pierced so she got up in the chair and then chickened out. The lady never once tried to comfort her or be nice at all to her. I asked her if I could get a refund, since she never touched my daughters ears, she said, I will give you $100.00 back. So she kept $100.00 for doing nothing. The least she could have done was say when your daughter gets ready I will write down that you have a $100.00 credit towards her piercings. This place is awful just stay away.

I got my nipples done her by Sonny and one of them is crooked and both are incorrectly placed. He said it was normal but I got them checked by another piercer and they said it definitely is not! I paid 100 and had to take them out.

I got my snake bites here. I ws dissapoimted with my experience. The lady was rude and pierced them both crooked, I had to take one out due to extreme swelling. Also when I want back to get it removed she was snappy and told me not to tell her how to do her job after I said theyre both crooked and one is bleeding and hurts. I got charged $125 and she hinted at a tip. Stay away pls

Uprock is the best place in Midland to go for your tattoo/ piercing needs. I dont go anywhere else. Their cleanliness is the best by far and the piercer is very experienced and quick at her work! For our tattoos we love Shelbys work. Very kind and friendly atmosphere.

I have gotten my nose and my tongue pierced by the same lady in the Midland shop and loved the experience both times. She was friendly, professional, and put my mind at ease because I was nervous. Not to mention the piercings were painless for me but I know everyone has different thresholds for pain. Highly recommended them for your next piercing.

Not sure what to say I just dropped somebody off who was getting new tattoos. They did great work.

I went to go get my lip ring taken out and paid 10$ because I could not get it off myself, she tried to take it off and could not I started swelling and bleeding and she gave up so I went to to the tattoo shop in the odessa mall where I got it done and all she did was actually use the tools your suppose to use to get it off! Didnt hurt me one bit, she clamped the back of it and clamped the ball and twisted it and it was off. Seemed like she just didnt want to open the tools and didnt even give me money back just said I might have to go to the hospital so I was not very happy with my experience there.

I got my septum done here AND my first tattoo. The Staff is very friendly and they all have a great personality. I will always go here!

I gifted my brother a tattoo for his birthday, and he chose to have it done at Uprock. I have to say i was very impressed with the work and friendliness of the staff. Sonny and Spider made us feel right at home. What i really appreciated was the honesty as to what colors of sizes in tattoo looked better. Sonny made sure to point out certain details that needed to be changed to the design we selected and explained why they needed to be changed (i.e. gaps that were too small and would eventually the ink would spread, or colors that would not stand out correctly, even how big a tattoo had to be with a certain design to be tattooable) which was great since it was my brothers first tattoo. Sonny really made the whole process so much easier with his input and ideas.

Amazing I felt nauseous and the women helped me calm down. She also gave me spray to heal my cartilage way faster than it had the previous time.

Repiercing done on my lip I told her what size & she gives me a bigger size 🤦‍♀️. Then I called her out on it she gets mad & not professional at all I been getting all my piercing there for the longest time. Im done going there or if sonny does it.
