I went in for a septum piercing as a birthday present to myself, and Melody was wonderful! She gives off the cool and down to earth mom vibes and it was so comforting through the process. I went in super excited than what I probably should have cause I almost passed out when she was inserting the actual ring, and she was patient and caring. If I could give negative stars and get my skin back I would. I called to see if walk ins were welcome and got the worst luck of being handed to the artist Cactus. I got tattooed today and received the worst tattoo I have ever seen and have had the misfortune of getting. I sent a reference photo expecting to receive what I sent and wanted from the photo, but did not. My artist, cactus, took his own liberty to completely change my tattoo at his will without telling me and he didn’t have the skill to even execute what he attempted. I went in thinking I would receive a textbook illustrative bat, but what I got was a muddy, shaky, unprofessional fuzzy mess. I tried trusting the process but when he told me he was finished, I was floored. The line work was messy and the completely wrong shading is outside the line work in some places and the cherry on top was how bad it looked in my skin as a whole piece. I had alligator tears in my eyes while still in the chair and was already looking up places to get laser removal before my tattoo was even finished. I want to trust it can be fixed, but the base is so messed up I have little hope and not looking forward to it. I love all other artists at body gallery, but my trust for this place and business has been lost for good.

Got my ears pierced by Melody today, and I dont think Ill ever go to another piercer. Shes the sweetest woman Ive ever met and did a stunning job. She will take her time making sure your peircing is perfect, and she will help you relax.I wasnt sure I could do it until she talked me through it, keeping my breathing regulated and keeping me calm (which was hard because I was VERY anxious haha)HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Melody, once you go to her youll never go to anyone else. Melody was a super nice, and very professional piercer. I feel that the piercing pricings were somewhat high compared to other shops, but my second lobe and cartilage piercings came out beautifully. Worst customer service that I have ever encountered literally. Take your money and schedule you for work but never show up or confirm when they can do it. Scheduled month and a half ago and nothing!****Updated response ****Your response left out the fact that the original date was 3/16/2018 after I scheduled on 03/08/2018, I showed up on 04/29/2018 because of 1 re-schedule by me but 3 by your artist: your artist supposedly was sick each time (how is he making money?). I sent him a text to reschedule and no response, I called and no response. Your shop is trash and Im telling everyone I know your shop is trash. On the day of my appointment, your artist was eating sushi and I told him that I would give him an hour and a half to eat. No exact time was stated but he went home sick, if he wasnt feeling well he could have stated that when I arrived but then again when has anyone at your location communicated effectively?.. And yes I returned 45 min late was to give him time to eat with what looked like his wife/girlfriend but a true customer service business would have called or text since I showed up at 3pm on our SCHEDULED TIME. Dont make it seem as if Im the problem when you yourself apologized for YOUR employees behavior and terrible service.I will tell everyone I know to avoid your business...and refer them to this feedback.If I could give you negative feedback I would WORST SERVICE EVER!.....Im surprised you are still in business with service like that and I should have charged interest for the terrible service....Just as you were suppose to get back to me as well....but never did until I left feedback, you had no intentions ....funny its obvious where your artist get their customer service from and by other feedback on here Im not the first this has happened to.
