Under new ownership!! A lot has changed. Completely different staff and new owners also have brought in new services.

My experience at this tanning salon was my best experience i’ve had with tanning salon great service and new management is amazing definitely looking forward to coming here again .

Ive used this place hundreds of times and its always been good, but this is the first time Ive been in since the change of ownership. I went for a mystic tan around 4:00 p.m. on September 3rd 2020, and The sprayer was not functioning properly and I came out completely dry. I told the lady at the counter about it she was very helpful and apologetic. She went back up front to retrieve another bottle of tanning stuff, and she was only gone for a few minutes when I hear someone arguing and I quickly realized it was the manager reprimanding one of the employees where every customer could hear. What she did to that employee was unprofessional, disrespectful, demeaning, and childish. This manager not having the sense to address the employee in a private setting demonstrates her lack the most basic management and people skills. After waiting about 10 minutes for the girl to return with the new bottle of spray tan oil, I walked back up front to see if that he should have forgotten about me or what. She apologized and said that she was waiting for her managers permission to use another bottle of the tan oil. I had already been there for 35 minutes, so I told her just charge me for another bottle. She rang it up and I paid for it and then I finally got my tan. The spray tan process usually takes less than 5 minutes from start to finish. Youve got to be just plain dumb to let your customer have a bad experience because you dont want to eat the cost for a $10 bottle of spray tan oil. I am disgusted and disappointed with this clueless manager at coconut beach. I will not return. Pathetic...

The new owners are great! So friendly and eager to help. They greet me by my name - impressive, especially considering they have a lot of customers. Very clean! So many different options and price ranges. I would highly recommend!

I decided to try this place out yesterday. It was clean and the staff was friendly. I paid for a single tan which was pretty pricey. $33.00 for a 10 minute stand up bed. The bed was different. It was a semi open bed, which I have never seen before. I normally have no problem getting a tan. It happens pretty fast for me except for yesterday. I paid for this bed and I have absolutely no color. No change in skin tone at all. I gave 3 stars only for the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. I will not be returning a returning customer.

Gave this place five stars simply based off of customer service. The couple who I assume are the new owners are just so pleasant. I feel like Im walking into an episode of Cheers....everyone knows who I am after only a couple of weeks and we pick up on our banter like we never skipped a beat.....which is refreshing for this chaotic time we live in.

I absolutely love this place...its a lot cleaner and more decorative! But my favorite new change to this place is the NEW OWNERS...they always make me feel welcome and comfortable and help me with anything I need! ❤️💯 I highly recommend this place.

This was my first visit to a tanning salon ever. The man at the counter was very friendly and didnt mind explaining all the different tanning options to me (I didnt know anything about anything). He made it a very pleasant experience and I didnt have to wait at all. I will definitely go back.

The staff is awesome! They are extremely friendly and go out of their way for you. Also, I love the variety of tanning options and their other products, like clothing, jewelry and those awesome soaps!

Very unprofessional. Very unorganized. Charges account even after you sign to withdrawal. Be careful.

I been coming here for some time and I recently starting coming in the mornings at 9 am to get my tanning session out of the way and get on with my day and they have yet to open on time. Not one single time have they opened on time. Always open after 9 am and that is a huge inconvenience to me because I have my day scheduled already. I brought it to the girls attention and all she could say is “I’m sorry” but yet she continues to open after 9 am. I went ahead and canceled my membership and I’ll will be going somewhere else. Also since I’m doing a review I might as well mention the place is very dusty and dirty. They wipe down the beds but everything else is dirty!

They have yet to show up and open up on time since I started coming here. Very sick of it. Cant wait until the end of the month so I can go somewhere else

Its now almost 10AM and still no one here even though the hours of operation states that they open at 9. Its ridiculous. Change your hours of operation if you can’t open on time!!!!!!!!!!!!!
