For brows, you HAVE to go to Jasmin U! She is the only person I trust to shape my brows perfectly (to my liking) and not too thin. Shes very knowledgeable and professional. She has educated me on hair/skin care and the products my body needs.All of the staff I have encountered here are friendly and very helpful when asked about products.

It was my first time getting waxed after over a year so it hurt a little but overall it was really good!! my wax specialist was really nice and did really well.

I came in to wax my eyebrow and the lady that took me was really nice and friendly, but after she was done I noticed she had waxed the tail of my eyebrows off and one of the inner parts of my eyebrow was waxed short so now they’re uneven and noticeable. I can’t come get my eyebrows done again in a while because I have very sensitive skin and everything I get them done some skin comes off and creates scabs.

I can say only GREAT things about this place!! Especially Lindsey! If this is something your trying for the first time or just looking for someone expirenced and who will be thoughtful to your personal needs shes your girl! She made me and my daughter feel like we were old pals! She was professional but also made us feel very comfortable! Make sure to book with her!

I have never waxed before. In the past I have used Nair, a trimmer and a razor (last resort) and every time I had horrible irritation and red bumps that lasted several days immediately following. Currently, I have an 8 month pregnant belly and it’s summertime so I needed some help. Considering that I can’t see anything below my belly, I (very nervously) went to EWC. Adrianna made me feel 110% comfortable with being giant and 36 years old going in for my first wax ever. I will NEVER use any other method again. Ever. We are on day 2 and everything is pain/red spot free and still looks great! From here on out, waxing is definitely the name of my game!

Not going to lie, I was nervous going into this place for the first time.. I have never been waxed before. However, Lena helped me in a huge way and everything went perfectly smooth! Not near as bad as all those movies make it out to be! Haha. She did my neck and upper shoulder area, not sure the professional term for that.. The ladies at the front counter were extremely informative and gave excellent information, but not too much so it wasnt over-whelming. Everyone was extremely nice and I will definitely be going back. 10/10 would recommend.

Earlier in the day I called twice to make an appointment and was on hold for 5 minutes each time before giving up. This has happened a few times before when trying to make an appointment. Now they offer an app, so I downloaded the app and finally got an appointment for 2:45. When I showed up for the appointment, the entire staff was in the lobby and one of them said they were in a meeting and to come back in 10 minutes. Staff meeting when you have customers? Completely unprofessional!!

Had appt in Midland (normally go to Odessa) and due an incident on Loop walked in 6 min past appt time. Drove from Odessa because there were scheduling problems at Odessa location this week. Planned to tip extra due to the couple minutes late. 4 girls were standing at the counter and no other customers in lobby. I’m sure one of the ones standing around was one of the tech’s I was scheduled with. Little thing at register (eye liner to her ears and tats glowing) has no customer service skills. She simply said you have to reschedule. For a service that takes them 5 minutes to do and again 4 of them standing doing nothing!

Messed my skin up after doing a Brazilian wax with them. I got painful blisters due to them waxing me incorrectly. Never again!

Well dont go to Yuri (sp?) other than the fact that she was incredibly rude I still have scars from a bikini wax she gave me. I got a horrible rash both times I went to her and she told me it was my fault because I wasnt using the 100$ line of European Wax Spa products. I have since been going to a spa in Midland and have had a much better experience and results without being burned by scorching hot wax or being scolded for not buying overpriced products.

I’ve been a customer of European Wax for several years let’s just say when Lindsey V is on vacation I cry ... she’s that good!! Give her a try she goes above & beyond to make that awkward apt more comfortable😘

Customer service is poor unless you are spending money. Staff lacks etiquette and promptly announces services regardless to the entire waiting room. Waxers are often several minutes late and no one has the same process. A full leg wax to some is from the knee down and to others is is from mid thigh down. A full brazillian wax may or may not contain the surrounding thigh area. The difficulty is that they have a clean facility and the majority of the waxers are very kind and so very easy to get a long with. They are so convenient it makes it impossible to consider going somewhere else. I would suggest going somewhere else if you have an open schedule.

Mariel is the best, she works quickly, is a lively conversationalist, gives great advice for making your service the best experience possible.
