I used this storage for about 2 years. It is easily accessible, clean, and well maintained. When we moved our stuff in, they allowed us to use their truck. Friendly and helpful, and reasonably priced. I definitely would recommend this business over others that I have utilized in the past.

Awesome attitudes and prices.Units are of higher quality than Aquidneck storage.No scams, nickeling or diming like Aquidneck.Lame access hours though. I need to access storage till 11pm, its VERY inconvenient that I cant pay a little more for conducive business.

When you move from a house to a apartment you dont have a lot of space so I rented at west main self storage. I am very happy with my choice. Its heated and very clean.

West Main Storage is the best! I would never store my stuff anywhere else. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The owner is really low key and knows what hes doing. The facility is well laid out. Because the units are climate-controlled you dont have to worry about your valuables getting ruined. There are plenty of dolleys to move stuff around, and unlike other facilities Ive seen, the dolleys are a good size. They even have a bathroom on the first floor! You might be able to get cheaper units elsewhere but I have been to those places (helping friends move) and they just arent as good and moving is a lot harder. Also, because of all the security cameras I know my stuff is safe.

I’ve had a storage unit at West Main Storage for many years. The staff is courteous and will assist you whenever needed. The units and the building itself are very clean. The prices of the various units are reasonable compared with similar storage companies in town. I would highly recommend using West Main Storage.

Weve had a great experience so far with West Main Storage. First, the place is absolutely brand new -- halls and units are clean and the entire area is well lit. An abundance of transportation items (like carts and so forth) are always handy at the front entrance. I also appreciate the thoughtful layout. Unlike other storage areas the positioning of the units relative to the front entrance means you are not moving your stuff half a mile to your unit. Excellent climate control means a stable environment for clothes and more precious items and lastly, their prices are right in-line with other storage facilities on the island. West Main Storage is a great site, fully equipped, staffed with friendly folks and an excellent value for the dollar.

Great facility that is clean, odor free and efficient. Owner operator is on site frequently and staff Alex has been there a long time so things are consistent. If they have room for you, you are in the best tacitly on island.

Great group to work with. We had a sudden move and needed sustained and easily accessible store. I had visions of a dingy damp garage and was blown away by how clean and how dry and how safe our stuff will be.Extras like the dollys and hand trucks and wide doors were also a huge plus.I never worry about our stuff while its here.

I have been a customer since shortly after the opening of this facility and have been nothing but pleased with my experience. This is a clean and secure storage facility with a staff that is helpful and courteous. There are other storage places on the island but once you check out this place you wont want to go anywhere else.

I have been a customer since the opening of the Middletown location. My experience so far, has been above optimal. When first moving in my items, I used the courtesy truck. It was clean, odorless and very simple to drive. The facility door is an automatic sliding door that allows easy access with large pieces. The storage unit is pristine, odorless, secure (numerous video feed monitors line the back wall of the front desk) and nicely decorated. The employees are helpful and they carry a variety of items to purchase in the shop. They offer a military discount which was a pleasant surprise, as well as the free lock coupon. I would suggest West Main Self Storage to my family and friends in their storage needs.
