Most of the employees are really nice and willing to answer all of your questions. Two that I have encountered were really not interested in any questions you had. They would just take your box and toss it like it was trash. I came upon this one visit and mentioned that I was sending something of value and there exact response was in the future package it with more protection, next please. Seeing as its the closest one to where I live, I dont really want to drive an additional 15 minutes when it already takes me 30 minutes to get there and 30 minutes to get home

Just wanted to say thank you for your staff at the ups store in Middletown n y. Route 211. I was returning a package that was heavy. They helped me on there own. They were kind, friendly, happy staff. Great job. Keep up the good work.

Went in with cold feet after reading some of these reviews, turns out the staff was professional and very attentive.

Store hours are merely a suggestion. Left me and another person stranded outside with packages as they locked the door and turned off lights 10 minutes ahead.

Extremely rude staff. Refused to speak with the business owner shipping a package who has a contract with UPS. When asked about information for the store/owner I was told to Google it. If you own a business and ship with UPS I would use another store!

Came here for an Amazon return, won’t ever come here again. The younger lady with the glasses was extremely rude. Practically rushed me to the counter and rudely exclaimed “do you have the item?! I need to have it!” as I was getting it out of the bag. Amazon stated I did not need to pack it (and that UPS would take care of it) but the lady yelled at me that I needed to pack the item myself next time. Horrible service.

I will never go here again. The website said they are open until 5 pm. I got there at 2:03 pm and the place is locked up. Sign says they close at 2. After knocking on the door the woman was extremely rude and had no excuse why the times were different. There were about 5 other customers in the parking lot who were also aggravated. Wasted my day going there.

I drove all the way from PA to get to this store because they said online that they are open till 6:30 pm. Then they have a sign on their door saying they close at 5 pm due to covid. Update you online hours if you are changing them so peoe dont waste their time.

Apparently they close whenever they choose. Some of your customers drive from quite a distance. Stick to the schedule published on the UPS website!

A older lady that works there and works for the post office retired handled my bulky dj equipment like a champ. Very intelligent knowledgeable and hospitable. Not as bad as i thought it would be

Went with 4 boxes of shredding. Had to feed the papers into a slot in a large over stuffed garbage pail. Brought home 1 full box because the bins were over stuffed. Not worth the money or time. Buy your own shredder. On a positive note, staff was pleasant.

I walked in and an older female employee actually threw my boxes that said FRAGILE on it. My boxes hit the wall then bounced into the outgoing bin. I told her there’s glass in the boxes. She looked at me annoyed. Didn’t say a word. How dare I.I’ll never go there again terrible customer service.

The gentleman who waited on me was extremely helpful and pleasant. In addition, he was very efficient and knowledgeable with the procedure. He took care of everything. There was a young lady also in the business and she was smiling and very pleasant to the people she was waiting on. Pleasant experience.

Wish I could give this facility negative stars. UPS in general is inferior and the worst delivery service in the world, but the employees at this store are by far the least knowledgeable employees you will ever find. They have no idea how returns work. They are nasty, rude and very incompetent. The worst by far is an associate named Steve, who apparently is unaware of the definition of customer service. This is what happens when you hire high school drop outs.

Jay was great and very professional. I am from out of state and in Middletown, NY for a multi-week trial and needed to make a large amount of paper copies and make multiple scans. Jay was very helpful and gave me a box to carry all of my copies. I was there for over 3 hours and Jay was helpful to me during that time and still paid close attention to multiple customers when they walked in. I would definitely recommended for copying services. Thank you!!!!

When I lived in Highland Mills, I never received several UPS packages sent to me. I lived in a building with 4 seperate units, 4 seperate mailboxes that were clearly marked, 4 seperate entries.The mailmen and woman ONLY dropped packages off to the first unit. My neighbors mistakenly opened packages on their doorstep that should have been delivered to my doorstep many times. It was baffling to me that UPS screwed up constantly for months. They never delivered packages to my clearly-marked door, even when I provided more specific instructions.There is something deeply, deeply wrong with the people who work at UPS here. It should just be shut down and the mail should be delivered via Woodbury or another town. The people that work here put in 0 effort and it effects people. None of these people are doing a decent job. They still have 2 packages of mine after 7 months

Quick and easy service. Dropped off my amazon return, they scanned the cide, gave mW the receipt and I was out.

There is an employee- I think his name is Jay (he is bald, bearded, and tongue ring) who is rude and condescending. When I told him how he was coming off, he became even more rude and defensive, although he’s in a customer service role. It’s unfortunate because my first experience there with the manager Michael was wonderful. Hopefully Jay gets some customer service training.

Says theyre open until 5pm on Saturday both on Facebook and when you call but they close at 2pm. Apparently its too hard to update this info online. Idiots.

Go somewhere else if you can. They wouldnt use thier supply of tape to affix one lable. Made me buy a whole roll. Talk about nickle and diming customers all for .002 cents worth of tape. Its not the money its the principle. Awful management there.

The girl who works there as a notary and ups staff is so professional and attentive. She was very knowledgeable and fast with her job. Her price was really good too. I also called in twice before going in to ask questions and the lady was nice too.
