Seriously needs an improvement in efficient leasing proccesses. I have rented here several times and its easier to obtain a mortgage.

I needed a storage unit in Delaware because I was moving up from Florida. When I called about Sentinel in Middletown I got someone on an 800 number that gave me all the wrong info. I was told someone in Delaware could come into the office on my behalf and reserve a unit for me, when my friend did so she was told by Miss Pat that we were given the wrong info. I then called Miss Pat explaining my situation that I would not be in Delaware until Sunday and I had to have my 26 ft moving truck returned on Monday morning. I was in a panic and very pressed for time. Thank god for Pat, she was so kind and put my mind at ease and was willing to come in on her day off and when the office was closed to help me get a unit. Pat went above and beyond the call of great customer service. She really saved me a lot of extra stress and from going somewhere else with my business. I would recommend Sentinel in Middletown to everyone!! Besides the wonderful ladies that work there it really is a nice, clean and safe storage business!! Thank you again Miss Pat for being such a caring person and willing to go the extra mile, that is so rare these days. Please give this woman a nice Christmas bonus!!!

I needed a storage unit for all my personal belongings while seeking an apartment in Middletown. I had a large collection of books that I was particularly concerned about, and Sentinel Climate-Controlled storage was the perfect solution. I rented a 10x20 CC unit for two months (second month free) and removed my stuff after six weeks when I got a place to stay. We had a huge amount of rain during this time - heavy thunderstorms, all-night downpours, repeated lines of showers, the works. The storage unit and the access aisle were bone dry - not a drop of water. The temperature and humidity in the unit were very consistent, and even the driveways around the facility drained quickly. Getting to know Pat and Elaine was an added bonus. They were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. This was my first experience with a storage facility, and it was totally positive.

Working with Debra was such a joy. Not only is she very professional and knowledgeable; shes also extremely friendly and caring. From the first day that I had to use Sentinel, she was the person I dealt with. Whenever I called, if I had to leave a message, she ALWAYS got back to me!!! When a climate control space became available, she contacted me immediately; of which I was very grateful for. The only reason why Im sorry that I no longer need a storage unit is because Im going to miss working with Debra. She is truly a joy, and I will recommend Sentinel to anyone who needs a storage space because of her outstanding professionalism, knowledge, and caring disposition!!!

I needed to find a storage space on short notice, as I had to remove a bunch of things from a basement that got wet. Elaine had me up and running with a unit in no time. The space is clean, secure, dry, and easy-to-access. All in all, a wonderful experience.

We really needed a storage unit in an extremely short amount of time as far as notice was concerned. Pat made sure that we found a way to do this even if it was closing in a short amount of time. She called me back and we sorted out our options. She was SO helpful to my family and I. I appreciate all of her help, as we were all stressed out that day. After what can only be described as a horrible experience at another local facility, I realized that safety, security, and cleanliness need to be major factors in deciding upon a facility other than just looking for the cheapest.My experience with Sentinel has been nothing short of excellent. From the always willing to help office staff, to the storage units themselves, I couldnt have asked for a better place to store my belongings.

Clean, safe, great place to store my furniture and boxes. Pat was so kind and helpful and I recommend this storage facility to anyone in the area.

The Best rental facility and the best rental manager (Pat) that I have ever had. I kept my boat in here for years and Pat has called me on several occasions when either the cover was loose in thw wind, when she had other spaces available that I may want to move to ( I did ). She is so professional and I would advise anyone to use this facility....

WE ARE HAVING A HOME BUILT IN MIDDLETOWN AND NEEDED STORAGE LONG TERM. MISS PAT, MISS BECKY AND MISS ELAINE ARE ALL VERY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. WE HAD A LOT OF QUESTIONS AND MISS PAT HAD ALL THE ANSWERS WITHOUT HAVING TO LOOK MATTERS UP OR CHECK WITH HIGHER MANAGEMENT. MOVING CAN BE TRAUMATIC ESPECIALLY FOR SENIORS AND WE WANT TO THANK ALL THE LADIES AT SENTINEL MIDDLETOWN DE FOR MAKING OUR LIFE A LOT EASIER. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND SENTINEL SELF STORAGE....
