What a wonderful place. The cleanliness of the storage unit, let alone the entire facility! The staff here is awesome. From the time we reserved a unit over the phone, to when met in person. Jeff did a excellent job, with fully explaining the contract and questions we had. Jeff also went above and beyond by seeing we were driving a 26ft truck and offered to show us in person where our storage unit was located. Showed us the easiest way to drive the truck to our unit so we could unload.
Such and easy and convenient process to be able to rent online and that very day it was ready with an storage lock waiting in the unit.
Jeff is super helpful and accommodating for our needs. We had to get a couple of units ahead of moving from Virginia and he helped to get us all situated and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. As our closing has been extended, they offered us prorated fees for the month until we close and they’ve really helped to ease the stress of our move. Thanks so much for offering such a great space!
I only needed a space for 2 weeks and they basically gave it to me for free besides the admin fee, only $25. The customer service is great too. The place is really clean and well taken care of.
This storage facility is awesome. I was in need of a larger unit and wasn’t able to find availability for the size I needed at most other places. It was extremely easy to book the unit online, and they reached out to me immediately after to review booking details. The hours of operation are great. The manager who was onsite on my move in day was very friendly and addressed me by name and knew which unit I had without looking at paperwork. It is extremely clean, and being gated, a very safe area for my storage. I would highly recommend this company for storage.
Great experience, I had a pretty big load and Jeffery helped me split up the trailers so that I can spend the least money possible. Thats always worthy of 5 stars to me. There’s also a lot of open space to fit in between trailers. Highly recommend
Jeff was so incredibly helpful and kind! We accidentally broke a mirror as we were moving it into our unit and he popped around the corner with a broom and dustpan. While he was helping us clean up the mess, I looked down at my phone and noticed that it was past closing time for the front office. He was off the clock, and still helping us with a smile on his face. I would highly recommend this place!
This place truly did not make you feel like strangers. I felt welcomed right when I called and knew that they were going to take care of me.Jeff has been wonderful from the start even called me back and asking if I had any additional questions because he saw that I called the day prior. This you do not see everyday and it was definitely truly appreciated!

I usually go to our unit with my husband, however, on this particular visit I was alone. Upon completing my tasks at the unit, I experienced a lot of trouble locking our unit. After several minutes, I contacted the office and spoke with Jeff, who responded right away and met me at my unit within a few minutes and offered me the assistance I needed to secure my unit.Jeff was very polite and helpful with his advice. So for what time I needed a storage unit for this was a great place. My things stayed dry and didnt get damp. Granted it was only for about 2.5 months but even with the snow and stuff that came my stuff remained dry! Would highly recommend.

Terrible interpersonal skills and even worse business hours.Why would business hours be a major concern at a self storage facility? Right?Because apparently this is the one that made sure that it matters. You can only gain access to your unit during regular business hours.So what are these hours?9:30am to 6:00pm(Monday through Friday)Saturday(9:00am to 5:30pm)And thats it.
This has been such a stress free experience in spite of my circumstances. Jeff has been so helpful through th whole process. I knew my belongings were safer than anywhere else theyd ever been thanks to security. They also allowed me to pay over th phone and even correct issues over th phone. They made it so easy to move in, relocate once in there and move out when time came. Well worth th money. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend!

My wife had this storage unit when we got together. when we started paying it together it cost about $120 a month . not horrible. every 6 months or so they raise the rent for no reason I can tell . it now cost us over $200 a month. ive called 8 different storage companies around my area and every one of them is half the price. what a joke

This place is very customer service oriented and very attentive and genuine people. The location is conveniently located close to the highway (75) and the facilities are very neat and clean. The manager assistant Nick is very nice and personable. I’m very happy with this place!
I’ve had my unit for a few years and the staff is very nice and helpful. Everything is clean and secure. My problem is the rate increases, which there are many. Because of this I will be moving my stuff out as it’s not affordable anymore. In the beginning I was told rate increases were not common. I’ve called and been told there is nothing they can do. It’s a shame.

This is my first time renting a storage unit at all, but I needed something immediately and after researching and reviewing a few places I came here. All in all the process to get a unit was pretty quick, easy and very informative. Was even shown how to work their keypads for in/out access. I'd highly recommend this place.

After some negative experiences at other storage companies, I finally found a company I believe is going above and beyond regarding service. The contract covers all my concerns, answers were given before questions were asked, and the representative was very thorough. Not only that, but she was personable and kind, and was in no way rude or condescending. I felt respected and valued as a customer.The facility is clean and well cared for. The fees are reasonable for a unit of the size I rented. I would have liked a light in the unit as the size (10x30) makes it pretty dark in the back. I would also have liked 24/7 access, but will work with the 10 PM gate closure.All in all a good experience! Would recommend!
The only problem that I had was the rent increase was a little hard to work with but the security system was amazing and everyone behind was too. Leslie is probably the best one of them all. Always understanding and helped me make it work and she definitely gets 5 stars in my book. 👍

Facility is nice and clean. The directions and building number was completely wrong so the unit was harder to find.
