Weve been going to this Food Lion off and on for awhile now and for some reason the past few months, the experience has been exceptional!! Im not sure how long the manager has been there, but he makes the place run so well, and has absolutely no problem jumping in and helping wherever needed. Hes incredibly speedy, helpful, and polite...its quite a breath of fresh air to see in the grocery industry. And its refreshing to see a manager actual lead by doing. I could go to other grocers in the area but the Lion will continue to get my business as long as hes there.

Best always clean. Always a lot of product. But low choices on produce.

Always a nice grocery store to shop at. There’s always cashiers ready to check you out and the lines are never super long where you’d have to wait. I like going there always clean. Mu only advice would be in order to get fresh veggies go in the middle of the week like Wednesday or Thursday...monday their usually don’t have everything you’re looking for fresh and ready.

I was just looking for a water dispenser for my driving water. And they had it. Coin op, outside, 35¢ coin or credit. This is the best way to save money on drinking water (gallons) that Ive found.

The steaks are good but inflation is causing price increases.

Food lion is one of my favorite places to shop because I love the rewards program. Today I encountered one of the cashiers named Shane. He provided exceptional service. Attentive and quick. I also observed him helping another customer to they car when I arrived. This guy deserves to be recognized.

Food Lion feels like a small town grocery store. The associates that work there recognize me and always speak; everyone is friendly. The upgrades that have been made to the interior have really elevated the overall experience.

I placed a pickup order with them for tge first time and they were great. Always courteous and store is well maintained.

Always a great store to go in. Prices on some things are higher then some store but some how evens out

The store is looking much cleaner with the remodel. I give 3 stars because they arent wiping down carts at all and the lady counting the people coming in/out the other day was very unpleasant.

May have been a bad day. Missing all the little things I was looking for. Receipt was difficult to interpret but turkey was cheap. I do love Aldi and Lidl but sometimes you must stray out. Ok for that.

Customer service desk has gone down hill.Half the time its closed the other half they take forever. I just left there took 20 minutes for someone to show up.

The courtesy desk is horrible, the employees suppose to take care of that counter are horrible! They are always hiding in the office or outside smoking! 5th visit I have encountered this! Where are the regional managers? Take action on this! Your groceries are melted by the time they feel like taking care of you!

Usually I would leave 5 stars, I love Food Lion, their prices are great and their customer service is always awesome, except for today. I went through the express checkout, I had about 20 items in my cart, but my friend was with me and we were ringing up our items up separately, so we both were under the 12 items. The cashier Gussie, questioned us about how many items we had, which I TOTALLY understand she was just doing her job. After I told her we were doing 2 separate transactions, she still had an attitude, she slammed her pen down, huffed and rolled her eyes. I asked if there was a problem and she stated again she was just express lane, AGAIN I replied my friend and I were ringing up separate, she still huffed and puffed and rolled her EYES again! It was totally uncalled for, I have been a loyal Food Lion customer for 20 plus years and shop their several times a week, but this really turned me off I have never been treated like this before, it makes me not want to come back!

Super friendly! Come here to use western union for family emergencies. Always super helpful, fast and curtious... Im actually closer to other stores to shop. Although while I was standing there, this glorious smell of good ole fashion cooking grabbed my senses. It was there hot bar ! Wow, phenomenal, bought a whole Roasterie chicken.. that looked and smelled divine.. along with Mac n cheese ... price was great ! Food was mouth watering deviously awesome. Store was super clean. Looked like a wide variety of choices and easy access. . I will be back to shop food lion.. dont mind the extra miles... well done everyone !

We do most of our shopping here. They dont have the selection of an Acme, etc., but they have the staples we use at a decent price. Produce section is good, store is laid out well, and staff has seemed eager to help with questions.

This is a great store very clean and not big enough that you have to like spend hours in there but they have the best selection of fresh vegetables beets spinach arugula collard greens Endive lettuce its wonderful and not pricey you get good worth for your money

Catered towards the older generation but still great sales on juices and water. Sometimes better prices than Shop Rite and Walmart and price match Lidl.

Its nice to see the shelves being restocked even with the redecorating.

The meat selection has really gone downhill so to speak. Used to be able to get really thick cuts here, now its all paper thin. Very disappointed

Avg store. No self checkout, food prices are okay except the staples. Milk, bread and eggs are way overpriced considering dollar tree and aldi is so close . Better produce than walmart, but corn is usually dried out . Nice cashiers but usually only two working, and hard to get someone at service desk if needed.Soda was on sale and the bin was empty so we asked an employee if there was any more somewhere. She radioed the person in charge of stocking and he replied, I have no idea and that was that. Too many new places in the area to have that lazy attitude.
