Its not my fault that you dont have change. Dont round up my total. Dont make me pay for your shortcomings. This is basically theft. Iam the customer spending my hard earned money at your establishment. If you cant offer me correct change then round down but dont make me feel like iam being penalized for your shortage. Change adds up quick.

The floral department made two altar arrangements and boutonnieres for my daughters wedding. The flowers were beautiful, they stayed fresh for a week, and the cost was incredibly reasonable. I may never go to a traditional flower shop again. Thank you, Madison, for making my daughters day even more special!

The worse Kroger hands down!!!!! Pharmacy Department has my prescriptions held hostage & I am out of my important seizure medication for a week!! The drive thru is closed. Drop off window is closed. Hours waiting to speak to someone. Lines for pharmacy from pharmacy thru store & into parking lot. Can’t transfer because they received authorization from insurance company & Pharmacist won’t answer phone!!! Now have to go to ER or die!! I have been calling & visiting daily for 2 weeks!!!!!!!

Shelli and Kelley in the deli are amazing and Ken in the Dairy depart is equally amazing. Their customer service is extraordinary‼️‼️‼️

This Krogers is one of the poorest managed stores in the area. Constantly out of many products. No meat and fish department that is manned any longer. Be sure to pick up your cart in the parking lot - theres a good chance theres none inside the front door. If its busy, expect long lines because theres only a few cashiers on post. Could it be the location and the low income people it serves comes in to play? Maybe.Drive a couple more minutes and go to the Monroe store. Much nicer.

I have shopped at this Krogers for years, In the last 6 months the deli workers have gotten very Rudd When you ask for fried chicken they bite your head off. Its very sad while I am shopping I hear over a loud speaker to go to deli to get chicken then be talked down to. And dont bother trying to call in to place an order the deli doesnt answer the phone, I think the manger needs to hire better workers

Ive learned the hard way, the only place to buy good chicken and beef!

Dont bother trying to stop at this location if you have a late night need. it says clearly they close at 10 and this is now the 2nd time Ive tried to run in and out only to be told I cant come in because they close the doors early. This time was 9:55 the last time was 9:52. More than enough time to grab 1 thing. I will be going to the rt 4 location from now on they are open later and have more friendly employees.

A bit crowded and no employees around to help find things. Deli was busy and understaffed.

This kroger store doesnt deserve one star and needs to be shut down! God forbid if you need to get to work and need to get gas, the attendant is never there, and when they are, they take their time to get to you, and the meat at this store, well if you want to die from eating old expired meat, then this is where you need to go to

You Kroger pick up system is embarrassing. If youre having problems with staff, you should let customers know and stop wasting their time.

One checkout lane and the store manager looked over the problem from the office, comes downstairs, looks again, and ignores it. Dont shop here. Store management doesnt care.

If youre wanting anything organic, find somewhere else. I had to throw away half of my fruits and veggies because they all had mold or were old.Rest of place is mediocre as far as selection. The workers are nice and polite but the Kroger itself sucks - I travel further to another Kroger.Over $40/50 in groceries thrown away due to a poorly managed section or delivery company.I wont be back to this location; a shame because the workers are nice.My pictures show how many peppers I had to throw away from mold.I didnt take pics of all the grapes and bananas I threw out. Also had to throw out our kale, lettuce, parsley and green peppers.

This store is ALWAYS out of Minute Jasmine Rice packs. They have every other kind but Jasmine is always sold iut. Whoever orders for that section seriously needs to order more. If an item is always sold out DUH you order more next time, but they dont. I avoid this Kroger because they are always out.

I have been coming in every day since Thursday 03/12/20 to pick up Rxs for my mom of course with a mile long line. No big deal but fix the drive through pick up!!! This virus going around and you stand in line close to sick people! You say you are doing your best to sanitize. No disinfectant wipes for the carts are available and of all things we should be able to drive up to the pharmacy to protect ourselves!

Watch out for incorrectly priced items. I shopped yesterday and was screwed out $4.36. Coke 6 pack bottles was supposed to be 4 for $8 however they rang up for $12. I also bought 4 Kroger canned peaches. The shelf tag reflected $1 per can but they rang up $1.09. I got screwed out of 36 cents on those. You really need to watch. This happens a lot at Kroger and Im sure most people just let it go. Kroger will make it right with you however its the frustration of having to deal with unnecessary hassling of dealing with customer service. Kroger should make sure that all prices scan correctly. Customer service has really went south over the past several years. It used to have the best of the best but not much anymore. Barney Kroger would never approve of how his stores are ran in todays world

The only problem was I require a mobile handicapped cart and none of them worked but 1.

They have most of what I need but not all items. But Krogers has a few items I cant find at the other grocery stores including a few items at good prices. I have bought some great fresh flowers at good prices here.

Nicest staff! This is truly what you call a down home Kroger. The people are genuine and helpful and I really hope theyre getting paid what theyre worth! Theyre incredibly helpful and dont mind stepping away from what theyre doing to assist customers. Its one of the smaller Krogers but they are the real deal!

I dont normally shop at this store, but I stopped in to pick up a few things. My cashier was named Virginia and she was the nicest most helpful person! She didnt rush me through her line which I appreciatend . Fast, friendly service-I will come here more often!

This store is by far the best Kroger around me. I have been shopping there for years now. Tracey, Dawn, Melissa, from the front have always been beyond helpful. Brittany and Dee have always taken care of anything I needed with nothing but smiles on their faces. And last but not least, Eric in the produce has made sure to help me with anything I need, and never once made me feel like he was rushing to get away.

They had the special dog food I needed and the others didnt! Plus I had coupons to buy one get one free, and it saved me almost $60.00! And the store wasnt too busy, so I got what I wanted and got out of the store very quickly! The employees are very nice too!

Small Kroger. Poorly stocked. Fish section in the meat department smells like a bait shop. All the Kroger fish sections smell now that they dont put the fish directly on the ice. This particular Kroger has a pretty bad aroma.If you get by the smell from the water treatment plant next door that is...

This Kroger location stocks a large selection of fresh and packaged goods. There is even fresh and frozen Vegetarian food.All the floor employees I have spoken to are always pleasant.The only knock this location has is if you are shopping on the first day of sales pay attention to the prices at checkout because there are always a few not entered into the computer yet. The cashier has always corrected the over sitevfor me.

The employees are very nice and helpful. The one young lady, Arianna I think, who helped me stayed very nice and calm. Thats what makes a good employee.

I love the Trenton Kroger store. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The store is clean, orderly and well organized. I am eslecially impressed with the fact the little stand for free fruit for children is always well stocked. Great job, Trenton Kroger.

Remodeled recently, but they still have done left over issues from the change. For instance some items left compelling off the shelf. Example being plastic forks and spoons are available for purchase, but plastic knifes simply dont have a spot on the shelf....similer oversights exist throughout the store for a few items. Im sure it will be fixed soon

Im usually able to get in and out of this store without being assaulted by anyone. That people that arent old enough to sell alcohol are made cashiers is evidence of the managements severe psychological issues.

Love the store, but very sadden to know they employ drug addicts. Two well known and nothing is done about them. I will no longer shop at this store. My business will go else where. Yes the names were brought to managements attention, yet nothing. Sad world we live in.

Extremely tired of the disorganization, constantly out of stock on items I need. And knowing if I had taken the time to use the click list my out of stock ( in store items) would have been upgraded to an item in stock. I have been a dedicated customer for years, but yet if I don’t take the time to load every coupon I may possibly use, then that discount is not available to me. Would gladly welcome competition in this area, a true grocery store, not Walmart not Meijer but a simple grocery store.

This Kroger is small, really crowded (with merchandise) and does not maintain the cleanest of appearances. Throw that in with less selection than a normal Kroger and you have a place that is good only if you absolutely need something and it is on the way.

The produce department at this particular Kroger was in outstanding shape! Brandon helped me find the perfect watermelon and was etremely helpful, friendly and knowledgable. I will definitely return to this Kroger even though it is not the closest to my house.

Worst Pharmacy EVER apparently their techs cant read dates correctly amd they treat every one like a drug addict when simply trying to pick up their medications! See them standing around laughing haveing full out conversations with each other but cant fill a prescription theyve had for 4 days... Ridiculous!Switching pharmacys IMMEDIATELY!

Store was super busy because of the weather scare, but all of the employees were calm and professional. They were out of bogo tyson breasts but Devin in meat dept helped me out and gave me chicken breast from the meat counter for the same deal. Good service!

I love this location! They have some of the friendliest people working here.I am completely done with Kroger pick up at this location. Ive had items Ive paid for not given to me, paid for a order that wasnt mine, and items that I purchased just not included, or a replacement option not texted to me. I will never order pick up again, id rather pay more and order from Amazon.

Excello Kroger employees are, in my opinion, very friendly and much more than Liberty Ffld Kroger and even Towne Blvd Kroger. They dont seem to carry many of the same items one would find in other larger stores, but I enjoy going there. The produce department is very clean and well stocked, as well as the meat department. The customers are generally lower income, but I enjoy them and their sweet humble conversations. Its a community store where many people know one another. Its my preferred Kroger store.

Krogers is conveniently located by my house I find that most everything except Dairy products is cheaper there than at Walmart I would definitely recommend anybody thats on a tight budget 2 Shot both places and know what youre buying and what the prices are at the other store if youre buying name brand Kroger is almost always cheaper if you buying store brand then its a toss-up between Kroger and Walmart but 90% of the time Dairy is always cheaper at Walmart happy shopping
