We lost power on a Sunday morning and wanted to be sure there were no hazardous conditions in our home. Toner responded right away and was at our house within 15 minutes. They restored power and their price was fair. They reached out right away the next morning with a quote for some additional work we need done. Toner is a great company to do business with. We purchased a generator last year. it was delivered and installed in a timely fashion. The price was fair and the service was amazing. Frank personally delivered the generator and instead of just dropping it off he spent a good amount of time teaching us how to use it. This was very important to me because its not something you have to use every day.

We have a Generac generator that was installed years ago by Toner. It has saved us during snow storms and a hurricane. The winter that everyone lost power in a winter storm, we actually felt guilty being one of three houses in our neighborhood to have lights...etc... I always count on Jeff to service the generator. I have used Toner Electric many times for our house and our rental house. They have fixed bad wiring in our kitchen, added outdoor motion detector lights, and run electric to a new pool heater. They communicate well, always show up when they say, and leave everything clean when they leave. I highly recommend them.

The two young men, Charlie and Eric, sent by J.L. electric were efficient, very knowledgeable, and exceptionally skilled at their job! They solved an electrical problem other electricians in the area had walked away from. They kept us informed about the expense involved before proceeding. Their work was worth every penny. Bravo! A few weeks ago National Grid changed the cable coming from the pole to our house. They told me the house connection (which was installed in 1961) was in bad shape and needed to be replaced (though not an emergency). I immediately called Toner Electric and they came right away to see the problem and to give me a cost estimate which we thought was reasonable. The work was completed about two weeks later in about four hours and they did an excellent job. The town electrical inspector reviewed the installation and gave it an OK about an hour after the work was done. I will certainly consider them for future work and recommend them to others.

I HIGHLY recommend this company, they have worked on big projects like a bathroom renovation/conversion to a laundry room to small projects like fixing wiring for a broken ceiling light fixture.
