Zach was extremely knowledgeable. He had a long line but didnt rush, stayed calm, and was polite and respectful to each and every person infront of me. Ill be back just because of him.

Visited this GameStop many times over the years when Im on the island. Staff are very friendly and will help you with whatever you need. Store is as clean as you would expect it. Its everything a well-run GameStop should be, no real complaints here.

I have not been here for awhile and I probably will not be returning. Not even a greeting or may I help you. Prices on used games are still higher than retail at other competitors. Thats fine, Ill just buy whatever I need online and avoid this place.

I actually didnt even get to go here I know they were there and every time I called nobody would answer the phone and I called several times to ask a question and couldnt get anybody on there so thats why you only get one star

Sold my friend a used controller that eventually started to burn up in my hand...while I was playing a game. I took the controller back to the store where I was offered a few bucks to go toward another one. I ended up paying close to full price for a brand new controller. The guy that helped me out was very helpful and informative.

Update from 5 to1 star as of 12/4/20: They are normally on point however as of recent you cant get them to pick up the phone. Ive tried for a week strait before trying a test. I showed up to the lot and called them multiple times and nobody picked up. I walked in and the place was empty but the staff was standing around.Old Review: Typical GS that carries limited IP merchandise. Pop figures and other themed interests. Bought my new PS4 Pro here along with the Sony wireless gaming headset. Staff was helpful, nice, and happy to take my trades.

The one thing Game Stop in Middletown has to offer is an extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Friendly staff, good used game selection and standard prices make this my go to local GameStop. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because like all GameStops Ive ever been to, the checkout line always seems to take forever.
